Updates stop from downloading

I loved playing the game! But when moving to another level, the upgrade will just show downloading, but never does! I restarted my phone several times and still nothing. I finally deleted the app and started the entire game all over, JUST for the exact same thing to happen!! I am now not able to play because it’s saying it’s still updating, but nothing is happening. Frustrated.

Having a problem

Really enjoying this game and I also really love the features in the game like the puppy challenges but my only problem right now that I have is that every time I open and play this game it keeps crashing on me and pushing me back to my Home Screen if you fix this problem you will have a really good game

Bonus game drop out

I really enjoy this game for the most part, but the thing that makes me want to delete is the game drop out.So many times when I get to the bonus game the whole game closes. When I go back in I have lost the opportunity to play and possibly win the bonus. This isn’t the only time it happens, but it happens on the bonus more.

I would of gave it 5 star, if I didn't lose everything when I had to reinstall the game, after it Fraser up on me and wouldn't work.. I was at level 687 and now I'm back to 175.. so frustrating!! But I love this game.... It's fun to play... Now back to getting where I was...

Love it!!!

I was looking for game that was compatible with another game as this. I found it!!! The different challenges makes you want to play more. And yes, I can’t put it down. I look forward to see what is ahead. I am approaching level 200 just in two days. Tell me if this is addictive!!

Not fun for long term players

It gets to the point where the levels are impossible to pass. You play the same level 15-20 times before you can pass or you have to use the power ups which cost money. I played one level that I had to get a certain amount of a specific color and I didn’t even get the amount that I needed for the first 7 times I tried the level. I get that it needs to increase in difficulty but making it impossible to pass isn’t the same thing.

Update cost me 9500 coins

I’m not happy with this game right now. I finally made it to the Explorer’s Club and was #1 in the competition there, a full 15 levels ahead of the next person. Then my game stopped functioning at all. It would open, but I couldn’t press any of the buttons. I closed the game, open it, same thing. I shut my phone off and turned it back on, same thing. So I checked for an update and there was one. I updated, and now the whole competition is gone and I can’t win the 9500 coins I was on my way to winning. Really not cool. Before this, I was really enjoying the game.

Too hard

Fun game, but not when it could takes 5 days to pass a level, and since you can’t pass a level, you can’t get any help without paying. Will see how long I will play, but not long if this continues. It’s upsetting when you use an arrow at the beginning of the game but it’s placed where it’s of no use at all, so that is wasted. Why give it if it’s not going to help a little bit?

Could be a great game

Great game if it didn’t crash constantly causing me to lose coins in bonus rounds and beating levels. Also if you have to reinstall kiss your progress goodbye because you have to start over. And with the amount of time it crashes it’s not worth it. If you’re on a team it doesn’t allow you to give more than 20 helps a day.

Been playing this game for a bit and I really like this game but when I’m playing it kicks me off the game and I have to re log in to the game again very frustrating when I’m doing so good in the game . So hmmmm why is that ?
