Good, but...

Works quickly and easy to use, including rating 2017, 2018 and 2019. My only issue is the huge watermark over the whole spread. A logo in the corner is preferred. Deleting and looking for another app.

Easy, but inaccurate

Disappointed that it did not actually pick the posts with the most likes. I don’t know what criteria it’s using, but they were not the posts with the most likes.

Demonstrably inaccurate

Algorithm’s broken. My top posts in 2020 are some of my lowest engagement posts of the year, rather than my top. In previous years they were correct, but I’ve re-run those years now to see, and they’re completely different than they used to be.

Random pics

I thought the app was supposed to pick top “liked” photos for the year. My results just picked 9 from the last month, a few not at all most liked compared to work over the year.

Not accurate

Not only does it make you log in which seems suspicious and unnecessary, but it showed 9 of the most random photos that were definitely not my top posts of the year.

Where is my top nine?

I paid for the watermark to be removed now my top none is no where to be found????? The app has no menu to find your photo that you paid for. Just keeps saying download your photo now and keeps asking for payment?????

Fuzzy picture

I was disappointed with the quality of my top nine collage. I paid 1.99 to remove the watermark, but you can hardly see the faces on the photos.

Not Your Top Nine

This is a money grab. As the other negative reviewers said, this app pulls random photos that are not even close to your top 9 for 2020. Then you can watch an ad to remove the watermark. If you do download it, don’t watch the video until you check your top 9 recommendations. Also, another red flag is that the app gets your top 9 in seconds. I have over 250 posts. In the past this took up to five minutes to do. Instagram: gecoble. Just for validation.

Disappointed

Used this app and I paid $1.99 to get my prints with the water mark removed. When I looked at them they were low resolution, strangely cropped, and also definitely not the top nine in terms of likes. I don’t know what went wrong but this was very disappointing.

Video works great

This is the only app I found where I can get my top nine video for free without having to give up my email. There’s no need to give your email to other apps. Keep up the great work.
