The best ever!
Of all the apps I've looked at for creating a cartoon look, this one produces the best images. It would be nice to have it do video, and it would also be nice to see more precision in the controls. But even at that the images it produces are way better than any of the others I've looked at.
Crashing
App will flash up the down... bought a second copy thinking it was Ipad .. same issue .. update please. Use it weekly

Does not produce photos as shown on App Store site. Pricey app and poor quality for the money.Also got no reply from their support people.Steve C.
Expected more
The quality of the 'lines' is very poor. I expected near vector quality precision, not a pixelated mess. It's most definitely not HD and leaves images feeling grainy.Also, this is nearly 100% identical to the iPhone version. Why didn't they just make it universal? It literally feels like they just 'stretched' the iPhone version to fit the iPad, and then called it a day. Of course we all know why it's not universal- they think you'd pay twice for the same app. News flash: with 1 star reviews like this (and I'm sure they'll be pouring in), they've only hurt themselves.I can only hope they'll make appropriate changes to make this high quality and better than the iPhone version.

I have used this app for years...
And it has become an essential part of my artistry. But as of late it keeps crashing on my new iPad Pro. PLEASE UPDATE THIS WONDERFUL APP!!!!

ToonPAINT HD allows you to easily create awesome looking cartoons with your own photos. ToonPAINT HD generates adjustable ink lines from photographs imported from your iPad, camera or gallery. Next it allows you to toggle between three modes for adding color: cartooned version of your photo, the original photo or a single color tint.
