Needs work on the games controls!

Listen, if all you have to do to counter is tap on the screen then my turtle should counter, but more times then not that is not the case. I can tap like crazy yet still I get smashed on. Also, all the bad guys do in this game is block like a bunch of scared woosies! Why don't fight back? I wish the game was more interactive. My son and I are huge fans of the franchise, but certainly in the next patch, I would like to see better and more accurate controls. Please consider this request Nickelodeon! TMNT Rooftop Run is still amazing!

Don't be fooled by negative reviews!

Honestly, I wasn't that big a fan of TMNT before I got the app. My karate class was going to see the movie so I figured I should get the game. I downloaded it and I had a blast! Fun gameplay, simple controls, many levels to keep you occupied, and funny dialogue. After seeing the movie and playing the game, I am now a big fan of TMNT. TURTLE POWER!

Wasn't sure about it at first

I wasn't sure if the game would be worth 4 dollars but I said "why not", downloaded the game and it was completely worth it beat the story in a day, I'm addicted. I just wish I knew who many levels there were in survival. Also there should definitely be a shredder at some point in the story but maybe you'll add on more levels.

Very fun! Great game for the TMNT movie

Very fun game with a lot to unlock and upgrade for each turtle. The turtle power can get repetitive but i like that it goes it different orders for each seperate turtle. The AI with the enemies can also get repetitive but i brushed that off when they got harder and i used more upgrades. The entire story mode is a blast except there is no sign of Shredder.. Even though some of the human enemies seem to look like foot clan members in purple ninja clothing. 4/5 for now unless there is updates for more levels including more Villians such as The Shredder and Krag possibly.

Welcome back Cam Clarke.

This game is great, and It’s so cool they got Cam Clarke from The 1987 Ninja Turtles show back as Leonardo and Rocksteady. If old School fans want a Ninja Turtles game starring one of the actors from the original show, choose this one.

COWABUNGA

This game is a lot of fun though it isn't really worth 4 bucks it's still ok you play as all 4 turtles each with unique fighting style that you can upgrade/unlock along the way they all even have their own set of weapons you can equip you do get some cool mini games when u do the turtle power and the gameplay is swiping and tapping. Overall I completely recommend it if you like TMNT and you like swiping and tapping games!

Avoid

The game is simply not good. One, the game play is complicated only due to its low responsiveness. Also, the level design is poor and levels are too short, which does not give you time to hone in your skills and makes you not interested in the story. Two, the writing is horrible - characters are severely over the top. Three, sticking with characters, the casting of voice actors is as poor as possible, which makes the previous point even more of a pain. The only saving point is the graphical approach, which nicely translates the movie design into a cartoon form. As a turtle fan, I have had much more fun with the "Rooftop run" TMNT game, which is, in all of the above-mentioned points, superior to this poor at best money grab. The one star is given for the art, as nothin else is worth a click.
