Great App, but it crashes

I’ll maybe get up to 100 pictures converted, when the app freezes up and stays a solid white and won’t open. After 12 seconds it then crashes.I’ve had this happen before. App author assured me that if I uninstall & reinstall, I wouldn’t get charged twice for the internal app. Well I did. And I had one heck of a time contacting Apple support to have the charges reversed on my credit card.Now I suppose I have to go through it again! As I say it’s an excellent app that does everything I want it to do, but I sure do wish the author would address this problem !!!

Worst app in the world, ever

I installed the free version, it worked for about two videos and got the timestamp on the videos. So that worked. And then it hung up on the third video with a message 1500 of 1501 completed. I assumed that meant I was at the end of my trial. Or something to that effect. So I want ahead and paid the two or three dollars for the pro version, it still didn’t work. Still just hangs up will not do anything.

Wrong time

At first it was great. Then it started displaying a time five hours previous to actual time. At first I thought I had set the time wrong on the camera but nope. Every video now is five hours off. I have attempted this multiple times. I use this for work so hopefully I can find a fix or another app. Luckily I still have the raw video clips.

EXIF DATA REMOVED

I am so disappointed with this app. My location is on and should have never been removed from the photos just because they were stamped. I used this app because I needed stamped photos for a job that I did and now I won’t get paid because I can’t upload photos with the EXIF missing!!! I am only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0!

My review

This app works great. Not only does it provide the date, but time , GPS location and all applicable metadata necessary to fully identify the photos.

Unbelievable

So easy to use. Shame on Apple for not including TimeStamp option in their camera app. This app picks up where Apple left off. Very professionally programmed.
