Need a refund

I have purchased this app and the image converter app a few months back. I occasionally try to open the app and it just instantly closes when I open it. I was able to use it one time which is the day I subscribed for the trial. But never again since. I’ve tried deleting and re downloading and still nothing. I know for an app I spent quite a bit and I would just like some help please.

Do not Download or Buy, this app is HOT GARBAGE!!!!

I got the app and got the free trial bc I needed to convert to eps file and not only does it take forever to do so but whoever the file is sent to cannot open the file which makes this app 100% useless bc it doesn’t even do a good job at converting or sending... it’s just a way for some company to make passive income off of you. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this steaming pile of 💩💩💩💩

I paid $4.99 for this?

I downloaded this app on my phone to converter a picture to an svg file to make on my Cricut and got nothing. I converted the picture and have no way to view it once converted. The converted file doesn’t open on this app, it doesn’t open in pictures or anywhere else on my phone. So where is my converted file? How do I open it? What a waste of time and money!!! Don’t buy this app. It’s worthless!

Would pay for the app if it worked

I need an app that can convert raster images to vector images. This app allows you two free attempts, neither of which worked. Anything beyond that and they demand $5, which isn’t something I’m not willing to pay them if they are unable to demonstrate that their app is functional. Also, the app is unable to convert a JPG or a PNG to a WMF and produces an error message if you try to do that, although it is able to convert a JPG to a PNG (Microsoft Paintbrush can also do that). That most basic of conversions seems pretty straightforward to me. Dead on arrival.

Needs settings or adjustment ability

This is a one-click converter. That’s great except when the result is bad. Raster to vector conversion is complex. I tested it and got a back/white image from a color. This isn’t uncommon for vectorizing but I need color. Give me some controls or templates to pick from to get the best result. Not useful for me.

Takes over your system file associations

He did convert my file however since then every time I try to open the PDF file this application opens and makes a copy of that PDF file so now I have dozens of PDF files and I can’t see them because this application opens I would like my money back ASAP and tell me how to gain control back of my file associations

I was looking for an app converter, I clicked your company app to see how it works and when it was uploading the app, a quick display flashed in seconds. Payment.. I did not want to purchase this app I wanted to see how it works the. Make my decision on if it is worthy to be purchased. If your company charged me for something I did not agree to please refund immediately. Thanks

love this

I was at my wits end looking for an app to open svg’s so i could export them as png’s and import them into procreate. This app is an actual gift, and i do not regret one bit paying the 10$ lifetime fee for it. 10/10 love this

Can’t open it

I have been looking for an app like this and was thrilled to have found this one. However, when I go to open the app it pops up for a second before crashing and I end up on my Home Screen again. Very disappointed, just glad I hadn’t paid for it.
