Great Game but could improve

I have really enjoyed this game in the time I’ve played it. A couple things that I think would improve it though is 1. Making the day/night cycle move more quickly. It seems like the day goes by quickly because you are adjusting workers and resources but when it comes to night, the time feels so low because nothing is going on other than occasional building. 2. Increasing the likelihood of colonist joining or rate at which colonists join. I currently am fluctuating at 15-17 colonists (some have died or left because of events) but I have room for 22 since I have several houses built up. I know the current cycle is every 5 days in-game you get at least one but in the early to mid stages of the game, getting at least 2-4 each time (if you have the room) would be highly beneficial to the colony and for gathering a good amount of resources to support them. Overall a very good game which is unlike most others on the store right now & I’m looking forward to what is updated in the future!

Great Potential

This game has a lot of potential but the limitations of the current build render it unplayable past certain limitations. The maintenance cost to produce water is untenable. The starting resource limitations without a clear path to liquidity of resources translates into a situation in which you cannot build certain necessary buildings on the growth path. Simple beta testing would immediately unlock these issues. Given the range of player styles vs the rigid path that one must follow, this game has much narrower appeal than it needs to. The viewable resolution favors detail over a coherent playing field layout which will be a challenge for many players. I sincerely hope to see these issues addressed because this could be an excellent and playable game.

Great game!

I love these types of games and this is a great mobile version. **BUG** don’t know it it’s just me but as soon as I drag water level bar on pump it goes back down and doesn’t allow me to start it, am having to trade energy for water! Other than that, great game. EDIT in response to Dev, thank you! A hard reset fixed the issue I was having but thanks for the response!

Great game, just need to fix a few bugs

Overall, I have been really impressed with the gameplay. For anyone starting out, I recommend building 3 houses asap so your 5 residents stay alive and happy, then develop your water pump and get your 4 water units unlocked. Don’t be afraid to exchange energy for resources, especially in the beginning. I haven’t spent any money on this game yet, just watched several ads to get more energy (note: you do need to watch full ad to get the energy). Some bugs I found include when you continue the game after closing or going to main menu, your water pump starts over and turns off. This should retain the value when you save, so for now I have to save and quit immediately after I produce water, then remember to turn it on right away when I continue. The other bug is the tool shop says 3 wood and 5 metal produces 2 tools, but it appears it only produces 1.I don’t mind the graphics too much, as the strategy and gameplay make up for it. If the bugs are fixed and if there are a few graphic enhancements, this game would go from great to amazing!!

I’ve played idle games with less ads

Energy does not regenerate on its own, over time. You MUST watch ads (or spend obscene amount of real currency) to regain the energy to be able to build anything, as it’s the base currency. A simple shack for 2 of your residents to live in requires at least 60 energy and each ad only restores 3 energy. Therefore, each house takes approximately 20 ads averaging 30 seconds per ad. Meaning you have to watch 10 minutes worth of ads to build a house for 2 people to live. The game starts with 5 residents and only enough energy to build 2 houses. From the gate, less than 1 minute into the game, you are required to watch around 10 minutes of ads. If you don’t watch the ads to build the house, your population will soon be 4.

Break out the $$$

Understand that it is next to impossible to play this for free. It is designed to get people to pay. You cannot support even a modest community without needing copious Energy, which is the bait for $$. Even watching ads for 3 energy gets timed out after a while for at least 30 minutes, meanwhile your buildings break down (why they don’t last a “month” beats me), colonists die, starve, dehydrate, etc. if you want to dump cash into the game, if that’s your vice, you may enjoy this game. Hopefully you have bionic vision to see the micro-graphics though. To the developer, great concept but you don’t need to design this to be a mandatory money pit. Especially in the beginning! You’ve ruined the game through greed.

Super addictive

I love this game. I played it all day and never really got bored of it. There’s no pop up ads unless you want to watch an ad for extra energy but it’s not required. I do however feel like I’ve hit a wall in the game where if I build more wood or metal search buildings it glitches and won’t let me assign workers to them or they disappear after I close it and reopen, same with the huts. I would love for this to be resolved but it’s still a fun game

Great game too many glitches

Once you get to year 2055 any new building that is built. Shows up as something that’s already built. Can’t add workers, can’t click on defense tower, it pops up as resource post, new homes pop up as home that needs repair and doesn’t add more population cap. Game is catchy will pull you in and you get addicted. But then are just left to disappointment when you can no longer progress.

Needs work

I love the game but as I’ve gotten farther in the game, it no longer allows me to build new buildings. If I do build something new for example a defensive tower. When I click in the defense tower it pops up as a sand pit and it is most definitely not a sand pit. Or if I build a new wood gatherers outpost, when I click on it to add workers it’s shows up as if it’s full of workers and needs to be repaired. It was literally just built why would it need repair and if I’m trying to add workers there shouldn’t be workers there already.

Too buggy

Played for a total of 6 hours, around that time I couldn’t build any more buildings, so the new people that came dies. If I did try to build a building it would be built, used all the resources needed, and disappear. There was no tier 3 house option in the research so I couldn’t even upgrade to the next level of houses to save space. Things just stopped working around 6 hours of gameplay for me. Overall, great game if it wasn’t for all the bugs.
