Hopeless! Terrible!
Made me lose aisle seats several times. If you switch away from app (to look at seating chart) it discards the seats you were holding and makes you start again from scratch. Aargh!! Must work your way through all the options repeatedly to get to the one you wanted, IF it is still there. DELETED.
Horrible app. Very, very limited functionality.
I just downloaded this app with hopes that I could access my account or tickets already purchased. No luck. This app is nothing more than a way to search and buy new tickets to shows. And, if you use this app to buy tickets, good luck if something goes wrong with those tickets. This app will not help you fix problems.

The new design is really improved, easy to use, and fast. It’s great to have access to have all broadway shows in one place and at reasonable prices!
Terrible
I tried to buy 4 tickets to a Broadway show for $492. I click BUY and get an error message about unusual activity. I tried 3 times without success only to learn I was charged 3 times by AMEX but did not receive any tickets. I called Customer Service only to be placed on hold for 40 minutes. When I did reach a live person he said he was on hold and had to call his customer service. It's now an hour later and I'm still waiting for a call back. This is insane.
Horrible
It is the exact same thing as going to the website. This app (just like the site) is really out dated. It's slow and takes even longer than going to the website. They should take a cue from Ticketmaster and allow you to choose your own seats on a map instead of having the computer chose for you. Or at least have that option. Get with the times telecharge!
Broadway to my heart!
So excited to see the app update. The new design is great and quite user friendly. I was able to book tickets quickly! Living in NYC it’s awesome to have a seamless way to book Broadway shows right in my pocket!!
Worst app ever
This app should be a portable version of the website. How can I download tickets to my phone if my tickets don’t show up as there is no account integrationWe are better off just accessing the website through the search engine. Apps should be a way to access your account with a personalized experience.
What an upgrade!
Finally! The telecharge app is super easy to use. I was able to buy tickets to some like it hot in 5 minutes. Looks like we don’t need telecharge offers anymore either…. Great news!

Was pleasantly surprised with how easy telecharge is to use! Simple design and very easy to navigate. I especially love the sort/filter options, it makes choosing a show so much faster. So excited now to get tickets for broadway week!
Worst app I’ve ever used
The is the most useless app I’ve ever had the misfortune of downloading. It’s constantly stuck on the “loading new data” screen, then it’ll crash. On the rare occasion it is working, the search function is extremely cumbersome, only premium tickets are shown on the first screen unless you click “see other seats available”. There’s no way to access your account from the app which means the app solely exists for the purpose of purchasing tickets. Telecharge: you wasted your money developing this piece of garbage app. Throw the whole thing in the trash and start over. Ticketmaster isn’t any better so patrons are being held hostage by companies who can’t provide even a basic level of customer care.
