Network error
I have my internet connection and it’s saying network error when I try logging in
Don’t buy
I just bought these led lights to go with this app and I’ve been trying to connect them to the app but it hasn’t worked. I’ve been trying this for two days and i still haven’t gotten it to connect to the app
App is not connecting to my LED Strip
This app makes connecting to LED strip way more difficult then it needs to be. Other apps make connecting super easy. Please make a how to video on how to connect to the app.
Garbage
They don’t work. If you already bought these, get a refund. They don’t connect to WiFi, they just give you a headache flashing and not connecting.
Does not work
1 out of 3 light sets worked with app. Could not get it to work with Alexa. Regret buying it will return everything
Super Janky
First round WiFi controller wouldn’t work. Second time around the replacement worked for 24 hours then quit. Manual is useless and there is NO support. Save your money.
Total trash
I’ve tried linking this to google at least 10 times. It just disappears after adding it. Don’t waste your time or money
I’d give it a -1 if I could.
Well not link to my Wi-Fi. Flashes all the colors and the “user manual” says nothing about that. The “Help” section only loops back to the “manual.” Wasted my money, don’t do the same.
I love it
I bought it and even though it doesn't work with all music I turn on a speaker and use the microphone, it is genuinely great
Music won’t sync with Apple Music Playlists
I bought theses lights for the sole purpose of it syncing with my music but it can only do it with purchased music which is not the music I want to use.
