Payment problem
Everything is great, I just wish there was a possibility that countries that can not pay, like Iran,could use the app.
Real time login and log off is not accurate
It does not look like real time login and log off times are accurate. Also, the amount of time user is in WhatsApp is not accurate.

Confused
What does it mean when the phone is online? because it doesn’t alert when someone is on social media on their phone or on what’s app. but I get alerts at different times when they ain’t in those.
Data is inaccurate
Data at times is inaccurate The app shows that it only tracks until 4 am . Then no activity from 5 am - almost 10 am. Sometimes 9:50 am if u are lucky .
Not too precise
The online calls are not detected, just the log in . A person can be online on a call and the app doesn’t detected it. Some activity is not detected.
It’s okay
So to be clear the app does what it said it would do. However it includes time spent when apps are updating or pushing through notifications. I quickly noticed it was at almost the same times every day. It’s impossible to distinguish between the two. I have personally witness my phone will alert that someone is online and they are sitting across from me without a phone in their hand. Doesn’t really help.
