Doesn’t work

I paid for subscription and it still doesn’t work , says upgrade your account. Submit a ticket, no answer during 6 hours. What support service is doing?

Good App!

I haven’t used this app much yet but I must say I love how easy it is to integrate with my Twilio account. The fact that Twilio doesn’t have something like this already really surprises me. But this was extremely simple to set up but that’s probably because I’m a developer. But anyways I’m happy with it this far. Thanks for building this and saving me hours of work.

Wasted $$$

Purchased the subscription but it doesn’t work. Contacted support and they responded that they were aware of it and working on it. It’s been more than a week and I have replied and no answer

Subscription only with no indication in app description

The app has a costly $7/mo subscription cost to use which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. The app has zero functionality without it and the cost is made known only after you've given it your private Twilio key.I have zero issues paying for software and use many subscription based apps, but this is sketchy as heck. Anyone who tried it and bailed should create a new Twilio auth key and revoke the one they logged in with.

No way to send sms

Works better now that they have updated it. It still does not have a notification badge to indicate you have an unread sms message. A lot of sms messages have gone unnoticed since the icon doesn’t have a badge.

Great app but terrible suppprt

There is no way that I could see to do voicemail so I contacted support and here I am a week later with no response. I cancelled and figured out a way to leverage my twilio number combined with Skype.

No.

Tried it for 30 days. Inconsistent but worst of all, unable to deliver basic features (like tapping on a message notification sent by the app doesn't go to the message or no contacts sync or 1 contact's name is used on all the numbers.) It makes no sense.

Ok app. Wouldn’t take much work to make it reall handy.

The problem I’m having is that it does not look up the phone number in Contacts and display the name instead of the number. This is even though I told it that it could have access to Contacts. And some of the install options are not available to be changed in the Settings, so it seems to me that to change them you would have to uninstall and reinstall, which is pretty unprofessional. It could be really handy, but it’s limited by small little things like this. This is on the iPhone 13 Pro with the latest operating system.

Need round Robbin easier

"If call fails" needs to be "if I can answer let someone else get the call" round Robbin phone structure. Set up is too confusing and never works. App billing doesn't connect with card online

Cumbersome and poor support

I sent photos of everything we had done and very specific questions on how to fix an issue. I got a generic reply telling me to do the things I had already done.The sms setup is pretty obvious. The voice setup they do not give you any of the information needed.Also how do I edit friendly names to distinguish between multiple businesses
