Talk shop Live..
Just tried to login with Facebook after downloading the app, won’t let me..Siri is bugs fixed for Facebook login but doesn’t seem to be the case.
TSL messed up on my order and wanted me to pay for printing the return label and packaging
I ordered an autographed copy of a book on talkshop, but the book arrived unsigned. Talkshop agreed to send me a replacement, but also wanted me to print the return shipping label and pay for the return packaging, which costed me $4 at UPS. They refused to reimburse me so I am now out $4 because they messed up my original order. Customer service support was unhelpful and implied that it was my fault and refused to reimburse me.

The app decides to crash when I open it up. It needs to be fixed
Bad platform for live broadcast!
They advertise big-name celebrities. But when they go live, the platform crashes. Latest crash was August 7, 2022 for Garth Brooks.
Horrible middleman model, bad care for customers and sellers
A really poor experience. As other reviewers pointed out, talkshop live acts as a middleman providing tech to bring customers and content / sellers together but then does not effectively support either group. Their customer service points fingers and provides no client care to either side of the sale other than forwarding tickets. Sellers need to know they’ll be blamed for delays and issues reported by customers regardless of cause, and customers need to know they will get no help from talkshow lives service. It’s like the early days of eBay where no one was accountable to fix fraud, undelivered items, damaged or returned items, refunds, etc. so both sellers and customers are left to fight it out. The tech is mediocre at best, but it hardly matters if they piss off everyone they’re trying to bring into the “marketplace” they’re struggling to create.

Products historically do not ship to arrive on release date. Ships on or after the release date. Even when paid 30 days in advance
