Paid $9.99 for the no ads and it took my money but the no ads function is not working. It still asks me to pay for it again. Developer, kindly requesting if you could fix the restore purchase option. It does not work. Your game is awesome and I might spend more if you could fix the issues. Thank you.Developer, you have my respect. That you for promptly addressing the No Ads issue. I purchased $0.99 sailing pack and I’m having the same issue but I’ll give you a brake as I know you’re working hard to give us the best gaming experiences. Much success to you! Thank you.

No Customer Service?

I attempted to buy the $9.99 Ad-Free option, was told my purchase was successful, but never received the ad-free benefit. I attempted to reload purchases, and when that failed I restarted the app; still not ad-free. I searched for a way to submit a problem from in the app, only to find there is no such thing available. I went to the store page, clicked “App Support”, and was taken to a website that refused to load fully, so it was un-navigable.The game is a lot of fun but I cannot play a game that scams me. Please respond with a solution and I will be happy to update my review.

The no ads feature is a scam

Do NOT purchase the no ads feature unless you feel like ripping yourself off. I recently bought the no ads feature as it was on sale. Turns out it’s a huge scam. The description of the feature says you immediately get double resources, higher efficiency more rewards etc. What it fails to mention is that where you used to have to watch ads in order to get the rewards you now have to pay with the in game gem currency. If I could get a refund I would, I rather not pay for things with gems that I have to spend several minutes to an hour to get when I could watch a 30 second ad to get the reward. Especially when the reward only last a few minutes. It’s a total rip of and money grab.

Game is fun but needs help

The game really is fun. I enjoy the ability to move the miners and loggers to different locations so they can expand the useable area better. The way the pirates move around is a bit confusing, and the archer towers do barely any damage to most pirates. I’ve also noticed, along with other reviews, that the offline loot is broken. You could be offline for the allowed amount of time and come back with barely anything new. You gain way more resources the longer you leave the game open.

was Decent

I was liking this game for the most part. Similar complaint how the offline time is way off with the amount of resources received. My big complaint tho is I bought the no ads and the extended offline time and both are gone now with the latest update. Really wish there was a way to get them back…..**update**. Was told to click restore purchases. Obviously I did that. Did not work. Told to provide order numbers and purchase numbers. That’s not a thing. it just goes thru the app store. I just want my purchases restored. Very annoyed with this. **update #2**. My purchases were finally restored so that’s good. Another update come and gone now. Offline resources are still way off. Game is still buggy. I keep playing tho and have finally reached 300 map pieces to get to the 3rd island. Took forever. But now I click on it and nothing. Like the button isn’t even there. Further islands say stay tuned. But third should be open. Is it not open yet? Because it clearly seems like it should be…..

Fun game, but balancing is off

The game is fun.! I like the core loop and I picked up the ad free section when it was on sale. However, hitting the second island is where it drags. You can’t progress without 300 maps. Those maps are dropped one at a time on an every other in-game day cycle (about 20 minutes). It is hard to want to play when you know you wont make progress. The cave system also needs a rework. Each area you start over in the caves with a higher level of difficulty but the rewards drop to nearly nothing. Why would I take 5000 power of warriors to section 1 of level 2’s cave for 300 gold when I can take the 5000 power of warriors to section 4 of level 1’s cave for 40,000 gold? Acquiring orange diamonds is also a pain, if those drops could be other places (like the red gems), that would make progression a little easier.

Survival Island

I just want to point out that this is a pretty good game. There are ads but they are optional which is great. Prices for things aren’t that expensive. And the game is pretty entertaining. My main issue with the game though is that sometimes your villagers will get more hungry than others, but the less hungry will eat first which makes your villagers die off. It would be a lot better if there was a priority to who eats. Also sometimes the villagers will get stuck on objects. Maybe give them a little smarter ai but it’s not a big deal since it can be fixed by closing and reopening the app. Also maybe make a multiplayer mode like clash of clans or something where you attack other villagers for rewards. That could bring some extra content to the game. As of now that’s all, thanks for the good game!

Fun but needs work

The game is fun but you do hit brick halls. I hav head my iron miner for two days and only have about 70 iron. I have not use any iron for at the least 24 hours. I want to upgrade my iron miner but that cost 250 iron and at this rate I will not get there for days. I also purchased the totem and some gems but have not gotten them yet. I tried to reset purchases but that does not fix it. I am producing 117 wood per minute but only using 60 and still never have wood!! I really like this game so much but it’s hard to do anything when it’s not working right. I had to request a refund for my purchases I didn’t get.

Great game but

I got this game a few days ago and I was hooked pretty fast! I’ve already unlocked the second island too. However everything was progressing pretty well until I had to use high amounts of iron to upgrade anything. The offline loot seems way too low. I’m producing iron every couple minutes but I come back after 2 hours and I’ve only produced 3?? The resource isn’t even being consumed by something else so I know it’s not a net. Just seems like a flaw. Besides the slow production, I don’t have any complaints, I also bought the ad free upgrade.

Not an idle game

This is not an idle game. When offline, you make pennies, hardly enough to upgrade anything when you come back the next time. Also the max resources you can idle for is 2 hours, but it doesn’t match up with what you might make by just leaving the game on, which drains phone power and is just a waste. Also, theres WAY too many ads to do anything. (Hence why all the other reviews mention having to make purchases, its literally Impossible unless you are willing to wait weeks to make an upgrade) you also will have to watch so many ads otherwise your resources will get plummeted by the pirates who show up every day, which also affects how you can never progress in the game.
