Great concept, poor customer service
I have been playing this game for a few months. Overall it has been awesome, especially at the beginning. I won a few free prizes, nothing to exciting, but getting there package in the mail is always fun. Recently I paid for elite membership, which has few more perks. However the constantly changing games and options within the membership has lots of bugs. Customer service is lacking and assume it’s AI responding, because I get the same answer for any issue I have. If they could at least recognize players having issues and either resolving them or crediting them back, would make this a 6star game. Instead I questioning leaving due to the bots that respond to me.

I like that there are several games you can play and there is some strategy to winning prizes. I am frustrated with the amount of times the app stalls/closes and has issues. Fortunately it seems to typically save my progress. I am also confused by some things and can’t decide if it’s inconsistent or I just am not understanding. I thought I was 75% of the way to a prize ~$13 value and thought I had redeemed the final 25% but found I was still at 75. I enjoy the app mostly but I’m not sure how much longer I will keep it. This will depend on certain critical issues. Currently I am unable to open any prizes at all, or earn new prizes on the video feature, which I find incredibly frustrating.
Stay far away from this game
I’ve download this game about a year ago at this point I actually won a prize I was supposed to be getting a $500 voucher for delta that I won playing one of their scratch off games but I haven’t even gotten my prize. Even some of my progress as far as like my surprise eggs that I rightfully earned when they made an update to the app, they were gone so the things that I was supposed to win, and I never did. when I first reached out back in January, this has yet to be resolved and at this point, it’s over a year later do not play this game you’ll just be scammed. It’s a spending money to be able to see Ms all that you’d be able to win these prizes, but you will never win. And when someone did finally get back to me about my $500 Delta voucher that I have rightfully one I was told that the developers were still looking into certain issues. I even took a screenshot and sent them the game showing them that I want and that the app didn’t compute my win. Again, this problem has yet to be resolved and I hope everyone stays far away from this app BIGGEST SCAM! This entire issue was not only dragged out for almost a year, but outside of being dragged out for almost a year. You guys never provided a solution with the fact that you’re app didn’t compute my win, and I have a clear screenshot that I did win but you guys would not give me what I rightfully won sad how companies try and lie and deceive consumers
Terrible Game
I thought this game would be very fun winning prizes in exchange for the developers getting money from the ads I watch. I hope this game and all over games just like this one get banned from the App Store. These developers are making people so excited that they will get money and cool prizes yet they never will give prizes. I really wish you developers could hold up your end of the agreement instead all you do is be extremely greedy and make money off of this poor incident people. You guys also only reply to the people that give you 1 star reviews because you want to try to change there mind so you can get 5 stars so you can get more money. Yet you actually don’t even try half the time you just send the same crappy replies to so many people and also stealing there money. That’s is so messed up. By the time your done with me I will sue you for everything you ever got and expose you in front of the whole internet!
Don’t install
App frequently crashes, frequent errors during games, spins, coins, well everything gives you an error & lately doesn’t even let you open eggs due to “unexpected server error” which is the whole as they are supposed to offer a “prize” It’s more like a prize puzzle since you have to collect it 4 times to actually & it has an Expiration so if you don’t win it by a certain day all progress is loss & with adding new “prizes” appear prizes collect have before seemed to disappear or have become impossible to receive after update Customer Service is not helpful at all they respond 1-2days later with scripted company jargon which I’m sure they can just click on & it’s the same reply for all issues stated above & some more I can’t think off the top of my head. I have been assessing this app usefulness for past 2months with a total of 8hr per day cause I kept reading bad reviews just everywhere & I wanted to prove it I even bought an in app purchase cause they were a lot of scam reviews about stealing money in app purchases are not worth it as they give you the same rewards if you used for an 1hr, I wouldn’t recommend doing any subscription cause you will have difficulty canceling. If I were able to add several screenshots it would show not to waste your time on this App
do not pay for elite
i have had this app for two months and paid for elite all the way through besides the free trial and haven’t won anything. heres the thing- this app is NOT a scam. I’ve seen people win with referrals. the way i like to put it is this app is gambling for poor people (like myself). you pay $3 a week which feels like it’s not much but it certainly does not pay off. you’ll be paying for elite for months before you win anything. you might as well save $3 a week and buy the items / gift cards you’re trying to win. i can’t even imagine how long it takes to win for people who don’t even pay for elite 😭i think I’d lose my mind. also, you’ll get to 9 keys on items and they will just keep adding more DIFFERENT items so you can’t get the last key. if you know a lot of people, referrals are the way to go. but personally, i will be ditching surprise and saving my money instead of being a fool to this specific form of capitalism 💀
SCAM
100% a scam. The 5 star ratings in here don’t even make sense for the app (one was talking about fish?). Impossible to cancel and support just stops responding after a while. I thought it odd there was no social media aspect, as most of these games let you at least interact with others a bit, and also the name of it makes it impossible to really find reviews online. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they told me the app is “still in development” but I found reviews here with the same issues from November! The fact is, an app this buggy and “in development” has a lot of nerve charging $100 a month, then on TOP of it charging you to open the surprises you get. Plus you end up with a ton you cannot do anything with. BEWARE!!
Scam
*** UPDATE** developer responds that they send packages right away but was told that then told it was getting ready to be sent. It’s been since the end of June still nothing. Developer responds telling me to email when I have send 5 EMAILS, a couple excuses in response and now crickets. Started signing up for the package and never finished but it charged me anyway. App just gives error message. Got email asking for my correct address which is when I realized they charged me even though I hadn’t even finalized the registration so I asked for a refund at which point that said they couldn’t because the package had already shipped ( you know, the one they don’t have a complete address for?) when I questioned that they said well it’s scheduled to ship so it was too late. Meanwhile it’s 6 weeks later, no package, they don’t have my address and they refuse to refund my money. The last email said they can’t refund because they’re following their terms and conditions. DO NOT DO THIS!!!

Rating 4/5 because I have not won anything yet and want to make sure it’s legit before I rate it 5 stars. Other than that, so far so good. I like to play this game and do play almost 24/7. I have opened, earned, and saved up for many gifts like gift cards, vacation vouchers, massage equipment, even an iPad. (etc…) I’m close to winning them, but have not won anything yet. Will post an update to this review when I finally win something and receive it.You can win all tickets, surprise coins, hammers, diamonds, and surprise eggs by playing the Trivia Clash. However in Trivia Clash, you’re timed about 10-15 seconds to answer questions. The questions are hard and a fair amount are easy. You win only & any amount of surprise eggs in the “Classic” Trivia. Also in the classic trivia, you can take all the time you need to answer the questions. Tickets are used to enter raffles for surprise gifts.diamonds are earned in the Surpise Blitz or Match 3 and are used to purchase new avatars/make updates to your profile. Surprise coins can be earned by playing surprise blitz and are used to purchase spinning wheels, swapping topics in the classic trivia, lives and to purchase power ups in games. Hammers are used to break open your surprise eggs. Surprise eggs are what contain a variety of cheap to expensive item/s you could win or eventually collect to save up for.
