Wrong language for US App Store

Apple probably should not approve this app for the US App Store. The only language in the app is Chinese (at least I think it's Chinese), but the app description is in English. This gives users the impression that the app is also in English. And because each new update comes with an English description, it's obvious that the developers could create English text for inside the app. After such a long time in the store, Apple should expect the developers to make apps that include the majority language(s) for each store where the app is distributed.
