Don’t be fooled

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They claim to be different from the rest, but they’re just as bad, but slightly more shady than the rest. Total waste of money. The reps that come by to inspect the damage on your equipment will tell you everything is fine 100% of the time, even when it’s clearly not. Total scam. Don’t fall for it.

Stay away at all cost

I have been in real estate for 13 years and have worked with many many HW companies. This one is by far the shadiest I have experienced. After two years of them requiring over 10 appts and 7 different techs look at my fridge, Samsung finally admitted it wasn’t repairable and though Super said once that happens they would replace the fridge they have now decided to deny the claim because Samsung didn’t explain it on the invoice how they like. Samsung of course says they won’t explain it any other way. So now after two years I’m stuck with this fridge that doesn’t work and the rep telling me to sue them without me ever bringing up legal action. It’s a nightmare of a company and the people who work there should be ashamed that they contribute to such shady business practices.

Terrible Terrible

This company is garbage. I made a perfectly legal claim within my coverage and super denies it based on nothing. I provide proof to counter their denial and they still deny. I ask to talk to management and no one will answer my questions. This company is a fraud, it will fail, stay away.

Terrible Product and Service

This is a terrible product and service. My appliance has been brokers for a month. After two service visits, a week apart, and then another week delay, Super is finally “ordering parts” with no ETA on a repair. They’ve also asked me to arrange for further service calls because they aren’t confident in their diagnosis. Some of their service center personnel are rude, others aren’t, but none are helpful. There is no urgency on there part in fixing the problem. The business model seems to be to just wait you out until you pay for the fix yourself, and then deny your claim. Save your money.

Worst Service

I setup an appointment through their app. I was given an appointment a week later. I called the servicer directly and they had an appointment 2 days out. I couldn't get that appointment even after I called Super and told them 1 week was too long. Someone finally came after 1 week, diagnosed the issue, and left without fixing my washer. I was told he has to order the part which wasn't ordered until three days later because it takes time for the servicer to submit the repair for approval and Super had to approve. The part didn't come until a week after approval, and once the part came, the servicer gave me an appointment 3 days out. The servicer finally came, installed the part, and left. Once I tried using the washer it didn't work. After calling Super, I now have to go through the same process, wait for the servicer to submit for approval, order another part, wait for the part, and an appointment to come again. It's been almost a month with no resolution.

Terrible service

I’ve been waiting 10 days for them just to decide what they will or won’t cover to fix my non functioning pool. It’s turning to a swamp while they figure out what to cover or not.

Super Easy to Use

The app is super easy to use. I don’t have to waste time sitting on the phone with a customer service agent like other companies.

Do not sign up for this service

Multiple cancellations, no accountability wait for two weeks for some to come out, but the good news is they understand my frustration. Save yourself the headache if you really need something fixed that is broken, in my experience with them they are. Completely unreliable. 1 star is too generous. Apple should allow negative stars when a device costs you money and adds no value, otherwise the service is great.

Unpleasant

No option to no-schedule. They schedule you on a day that is different from your provider options. And then there is no way to reschedule easily, you have to call them which takes ages.
