Finally

It’s about time someone figured out how to make a decent stretching/fitness app without a ridiculous subscription price. Very modern, applies to the world we live in today. Great now that we’re working remotely. Love the posture reset 👍

More options

When I first got into the app, it looked very promising. But I then realized that almost every stretch needed pro to do it. There is only 2 stretches that are free, so I think there should be more options for people with free. I get the point of getting pro to have more variety, but not everyone can pay for it. Other than that, I feel this app would be better with a little more options for free.

Perfect for after run stretching

I just needed a basic app to guide me through 10-15 minutes of post run stretching. I feel like most of the apps out there are subscription based, have cheesy trainer videos that constantly repeat how to do the stretch and/or lack customization. This app is simple and has really great design. I find it to have a nice amount of variety and settings options without being overkill. I really like that the basic stretch routines are free and then you can pay for targeted area workouts if needed.

This app is McDonalds...

I’m lovin’ it! 🤣 But seriously you should check it out. I haven’t really stretched since high school and it’s starting to catch up to me! A friend recommended Stretch Club and it’s honestly made a difference in just a few days. Get on it people!

My favorite stretching app

I’m a professional athlete and this is my favorite stretching app. The information bubbles about how to do each stretch are helpful. The stretches are well organized and replicate what my sports trainers recommended. This app has been the best stretching app I have used. The $3 a month pro version is also very cheap, most apps are $10 a month. Also The layout looks nice (which isn’t the main focus of a stretching app). I highly recommend this app. No bulls—t

Just what I was looking for!

Finally a stretching app that doesn’t barrage me with a repetitive voice yammering at me about how to do the same stretch for the hundredth time. The instructions are there if I need them but otherwise just a timer, simple stretches, beautiful graphics and great options. Can relax,stretch, and enjoy my own music. Totally love this app.

Monthly fee should mean updates

I am not sure why you have to pay monthly to use this app. It is never updated and is just a static collection of the same stretch routines. There is not ongoing work on it. I have enjoyed it for 6 months but don’t know why I have to keep paying. If they’d add some new features, like making the Apple Watch app functional on its own without the phone, then it would be worth paying for. I am going to cancel.

Love this!

I use this app all the time for pre and post run stretches. Love how it also tracks your usage to ensure you are stretching as necessary, something I used to skip over or do quickly. Now I don’t have nearly as much stiffness the next day.

Actually good!

Finally a stretching app with thoughtful UI/UX. The stretch routines are well-curated and the illustrations are helpful and easy to follow. I do the "Wake Up" stretch pretty much every morning and the "Posture Reset" in the afternoon. Neck and shoulders feel great afterward and also gives me a little energy boost which helps get me through the rest of the work day. Worth checking it out if you're trying to make a daily habit of stretching.

Awesome App!

I’ve been using this app for a few days now, and so far I am satisfied. I feel motivated whenever I get up in the morning and do this stretch. This helped me a lot with my lower back, and it helped me relax more. I really hope I get to use other stretch workouts from this app. Thank you so much for making this app!
