I LOVE statcounter but this ipad version doesn’t navigate to the main menu .... I’m hoping they’ll read this and fix it so it works better on my ipad pro
For the purposes of tracking the activity on my relatively simple website, StatCounter gives me everything I need. The website is comprehensive and the iPhone app is convenient.
Donut charts are terrible. I don’t like the view activity screen. Also maybe would like to see what time people are visiting my site local time?
I really liked what Statcounter was when I first used it in 2012. Since the updated app and overhaul of the system, it’s NOTHING like it used to be. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t see half of the things I could access before. It’s it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it.
Love getting the stats in the go ... sometimes it crashes but it comes right back up ... been using the web version for years ... and the app for a few months ... highly recommend
OK let's get one thing cleared. I like the new logo and I like the colors however the set up in the structure of everything is bad. Specially the phone app is really really bad design wise. If everything was working just fine finds looked nice and crisp, The website design was flawless, the app was really efficient in and let you do so many things, why change it? And I can't do the same stuff I used to do. So I decided to go back to my previous version and just to make that. I can't do that with the website on my computer but seriously you guys need to rethink what you just did and go back to what you had working. Mobile app just is not appealing. I don't even go to the phone now I go to the website on the computer
This is a GREAT app for tracking website traffic with entry and exit pages plus so many other great features! However I like to track “daily” traffic patterns and with redesign the default is “7 days”. And to get reports, it takes so much more time to have to set “daily” for each result I am tracking. Developer needs to offer customization for default timeframe in settings. Do this and I’ll give app a 5 star rating!
I’m new to this app .. the first thing it wants me to do is login... but I can’t login without registering ... in which the version on my iPhone doesn’t have a registration option .. how do you login to this app for the first time on the mobile version... which is what I have.
The keyboard on the login screen isn’t a default iOS keyboard, covers the login button on my iPhone SE, cannot be dismissed, and its “Go” button registers as a keypress of a letter rather than a submission. Way to go, Statcounter. If the rest of the app has this sort of attention to detail I think my rating’s pretty accurate.
App used to hang when going back to main page, now more snappy. Functionality still not fully intuitive, but I don’t like the newer style of the website, either. Regardless, this is by far the best website counter around.
