Great App!

I absolutely love this app! I like to take photos at night, indoor, since my son passed away... I have tried every app out there and this app is by far the best for low light. The photos I take are extremely crisp and clear. Thank you.

Perfect for stars

If you are a astrophotography then this is for u. Just point it at the night sky (not from a window) and then you get a perfect shot of a bunch of stars. Might be able to see the Milky Way but I haven’t captured the Milky Way on this camera yet.

Alright

The app interface is good enough. It doesn’t need anymore tweaks and is good enough being simple. This app is the only free app I’ve seen so far that has the ability to actually brighten photos and it does so pretty well. However there are fake stars scattered around the image when it is completed. By taking a picture of my floor I’m pretty sure that it is impossible to show stars, yet it still does. It is not noise like the developer is saying but rather a transparent png overlayed over the final result.

Absolutely Fabtastic

This app is the best one I’ve ever tried. I was downloading like 5 free apps(all that I could find) when trying to find an app to take good photos of the pitch black starry night sky. This was by far the best. The other apps could not pick up and any of the stars and just came out as black, where this app made almost completely clear photos of the night sky. Best app ever. 5/5

Doesn’t add extra layer of stars

I tried it, under my bed, and the brighter parts of the image were just sharper and the darker spots were just blurrier. This is not an extra layer of stars, just a noise reducing strategy. Today, I also took images of the big dipper and the images were fabulous!

Awful!!!! 😡😡

So when I saw this app was free, I was looking at the photos to see if the quality was good. The photos looked great! (Prob because they were photoshopped or something) Anyway, so then I downloaded it and when it was done I was so excited to try it out! It took 30 minutes to load but I thought maybe they take a while and I started to get more excited! But when I got in I was disappointed. It was laggy and I took a photo, it looked pixelated and the “stars” where white blurry blobs. You could barely even see the stars in the photo. And it was a clear night!!!! Hate this app and will hope that you never fall for the trick… 😡

Best night sky camera I’ve seen on phone

Great camera for Stars, constellations, meteorites, satellites. Moon etc is too bright but this is best I’ve found for things like stars and constellations... easy to tell the constellation shapes

Alright

It’s pretty good, I got to take a decent photo of the orion nebula with this app, although it came out quite small. Reason being that it didn’t have a zooming feature, I wish there was a feature where you could zoom in the camera as that would make it a lot easier to take photos, but either than that it’s good enough for Amateur astrophotography with a phone :)

Please add “timer”

I have been looking for software with this feature for a long time, thank you for this softwareBut I have a suggestion for you, since sometimes we do not have a tripod with us, it is better to add “timer” feature to the program, so that after pressing the photography button, there is at least a chance to lean the phone somewhere or place it on a flat surface in order to Keep the camera steady when shooting at a slow shutter speed,The second reason to add this feature is that, if you touch the image capture button, it will certainly cause the phone to move and the image may be recorded with a high noise level.

Best app so far

The reason I give this app a 5 star is because I’ve never found an app that could take good pictures of the night sky. Most of them don’t really do as they say and I downloaded this app and was mind blown on how nice the pictures are. I’m definitely enjoying it a lot would be nice to have some sort of zooming feature on it that would be awesome. But overall a very great app.
