Sprinklr Time-Saver
I use Sprinklr Extend everyday to share content, build my brand and promote the exceptional opportunity we have to improve our lives and those of everyone we engage with. Sprinklr makes sharing to our most used social media platforms quick and simple.
Super easy to use and effective!
Awesome tool. Makes it so easy for me to schedule all of my approved social media posts ahead of time and make sure my network is always caught up with what’s going on at my company!
Great for social media and flag frustration
This app makes it so easy to send out social media campaigns. I prefer this to the manual process I was doing. What frustrates me is the fact that after I post and I get my points for doing so, I have to exit the app and reopen to clear the flag of point awarding. Also the app seems to forget it’s connected to my social media platforms from time to time and doesn’t want to reconnect on the first few attempts.
Content Unavailable
I’ve logged in several times and each time I login there’s no content available for me to post! Other than that I’ve been very happy with the service until lately. I’m assuming this is a technical issue because I’ve logged in and there was content available in all categories and other times I login and there’s no contact available in any of the categories.

Great app! I like the convenience of one touch communication for multiple social platforms. In addition, the convenience of promoting brand products and common interest information socially and company wide.
Point awarding doesn’t always happen
This app point reward is very buggy and doesn’t work for every share - very inconsistent. That portion of the app is very flaky and needs attention. Not that points are important, but if you are going to have a gamification element, then it needs to work properly.
Basics are covered
While the app supports the basics, it tends not to fully support some of the more advanced features consistently making the user experience lacking. It has a habit of having shutting down, display blank screens, not showing pictures for scheduled posts.
More user friendly
I love the concept of the tool. It has become more and more annoying of how frequently it signs out of the social media platforms that I have allow the app to use. And it seems to be harder and harder to sign them back in. If you want me to continue to use this tool, please make it user friendly.
