Needs better alert

Alert is not loud enough to wake me. Is not adjustable but should be so can choose different alerts, adjust volume and chose number of repeats.

Cool concept, needs some upgraded

There definitely should be options in terms of volume control and alarm options. Also, the notifications are not consistent when you receive a message, so I highly recommend setting up the option where you ALSO receive a text notification.

I am not receiving notification sounds. Yes I have already checked the notifications section and sounds; both on.

It’s ok

Lacks a lot of features to customize it - logs out automatically after five minutes and you cannot change this. Can’t change the alarm sound. There are some simple ways to make it more user friendly.

Notifications broken

The most recent update broke notifications. I no longer get a sound, a banner or a badge even though all 3 are turned on. Useless as an on call doc.

Please update

Please give us an update to allow us to change the alert tone. My job has a new answering service and the new tone is like a loud boat horn! Scared the crap out of me. Please update!!!!

Poor app that has prevented me from seeing important messages.

Bad app. Don’t recommend because it has been unreliable and has failed to log me in a number of times even with the correct credentials. Could not answer pages. No Face ID or fingerprint to use to log in. I don’t use any more for those reasons.

Problems with iOS 13

This app has been marginal ever since we were forced to adopt it by our answering service. With IOS 13, now it won’t allow voice dictation for creating messages. Now I have to dictate a message into the Notes app, then cut and paste into the app message window. Also doesn’t support use of apostrophes, quotation marks or line breaks. Messages look like the author is illiterate. Lack of ability to tweak the alert tone is also an issue. I can’t imagine it would be that hard to address these and the other issues brought up in the other reviews.

The Spectrum Secure Delivery Application provides secure messaging and paging services on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices. The app also allows secure access to your Spectrum answering service or call center messages. The Spectrum Secure Delivery messaging app enables hospitals, large organizations and small groups meet HIPAA and HITECH security guidelines for sending protected health information (PHI).

Spectrum Secure Delivery secures PHI by protecting access with a configurable passcode, encrypting the transmission of data and not storing data on the phone or tablet. When a messages is received the user can Reply, Forward, mark In-Process, or Completed. The inbox can be filtered to display all messages, new, new or in process, complete and notes with the message filter. The message history is displayed below the message for all message recipients. Manage the application settings from the Options tab for a custom secure messaging experience. Create a library of Pre-Set custom replies and notes to speed up the messaging process. Reduce load times by setting an expiration for completed messages and adjust the auto-logoff settings to increase security.
