I have had the hearing aid and the app for a while now and was pretty happy with the whole affair. My friend’s $7,000 hearing aids don’t seem to work any better than mine at $400. I have mild hearing loss in the upper ranges. This latest change to the software took me a few minutes to get comfortable with, but the hearing aid seems to work even better for me. The gui remains pretty easy to use. I had been keeping the hearing aid volume at 50-60% and now it’s at 30%. I went to change the volume on the tv and noticed that I had the tv volume down quite a bit from where I had previously kept it. My wife actually asked that it be turned up just a bit. That’s a role reversal. This app update really has some very tangible improvements. Thanks folks, you did a great job.
Works great when it works. But it keep disconnecting from my ear pieces. VERY frustrating
I don't want to return it but i cant seem to get app to acknowledge the right hearing aid help
Even though my Bluetooth is on and the earphones say “Connected”, the app doesn’t recognize or find the earphones and instead keeps giving me the message “Turn on Bluetooth.” But it’s on!!! Tried several things Turning off and on earphones, turning off and on Bluetooth: still the same error message. I am using Luxato in-ear earbuds…. Help!
Worked one day then the next day crashed. Down loaded it in 3 different iPhones and a new iPad and the app again crashed when a device search was started.Revised: this morning in another room in the house the app works fine. I am wondering if my other Bluetooth devices interfered with the signal. Very strange. Other than this little mishap the app is great though the wording on the “Confirm” screen needs to be changed. I would recommend this app and the Earspokes.
I followed the instructions to load the app and get the hearing amplifiers to pair with Bluetooth on my iPhone 7. The iPhone did not pick up the hearing devices. The app for the hearing devices downloaded to my phone does not pick up the devices yet the devices pick up all sounds around me and all sound coming through my iPhone at the same time. The hearing amplifiers have taken over my iPhone and the only solution the manual states is to turn off the hearing amplifiers. No problem, but the hearing amplifiers don’t have an on/off switch. They are wireless and connect to 2 metal heads in the charging case. There is no way to shut them off to reset them. When I tried to pair them to my phone they were right next to it. I tried their customer service and was directed to a talk by text customer service system and per the system requested a call and that was an hour ago. Hopefully their customer service calls in a reasonable period of time (an hour is generally too long for me) so odds are I am going to return this product.
Why on Earth do you now need my location to connect the App to the hearing device? You didn't need location in the previous version, so why now? Are you now profiling users to collect and sell personal data to marketing companies? If I now cannot connect my device to the App without location enabled, i want my money back!
Downloaded the app, it seems to be for over the ear hearing aids Bought the in the canal model Cleartone I MCIC. HD The app does not have that model listed Is there anyway to get help Nowhere to contact support Thanks
