Not user friendly
The app works for about a week or two and then auto kicks you out. The information does not update when a schedule is changed.
Good app, but...
Has great integration that allowed shift changes and coverages to be opened up and gives managers the ability to change and approve through the app so the entire staff can see. Push notifications are very nice to let people know. The only drawback is the apps’ reliability Which is horrible. The app hasn’t worked for weeks on end at times, and can be inaccurate for the times I actually set shifts on in smartlynx BOH. More precision is needed and then would be a very good alternative to standard shift printouts and taking pictures of the current schedule.
Crashes
Very helpful app that not only lets me see my own schedule for the week with ease but I can also see my coworkers schedules which is really cool. Recently, my app has been crashing over and over every time I attempt to open it. I love this app but it is currently useless and I hope the devs fix this issue immediately before my next schedule is released!
Usually pretty good but..
Lately every time i try opening the app it glitches and exits the app and i cant even use the app at all. My co-workers said this is happening to them as well.
Can’t register new user
Can’t scan the barcode because every time I click register new user the app closes or take me to a black screen with a red line in the middle of it.
Works ok
I have had this app for a little while for work. But it started rejecting my password so when you select forgot password it’s suppose to send you a email to reset it. 67 times I have tried no email! I emailed support center to be told I don’t work for their organization nothing they can do automated response - need better support so people can use it
Don’t trust what it says
I have missed shifts, been late, and even came into work when I was not even on the schedule. It will say I work Tuesday at 9am when I check it Monday night, come Tuesday morning I show up at work just to look stupid and irresponsible. I pull up the app to show them it says I work right now, just to look even more foolish because it now says I’m off when just 12 hours earlier it said I worked at 9.. so I’ve had to take screenshots to protect myself in case it says I’m off when I’m not and I don’t show up for a shift.
Sizing is wrong
Updated the app and now it’s super large weird font that doesn’t fit on my iPhone screen. It’s almost like it would fit an iPod touch screen. Makes me not want to use it. Maybe a resolution issue?
Crashing
I like this app it’s great to see when I work but after the update the app keeps crashing and I can’t get into it please fix it 😢😢😢
App won’t work
I’m trying to open the app and see my schedule because I have work tomorrow and it won’t let me in I see other reviews from over a year ago with the exact same problem of the app not loading then not letting me reset my password and not sending me an email and none of these complaints have been replied to
