Didn’t get the add ones I paid for

I bought the additional add ons:Kids NatureKids world For .99 each, the didn’t download & don’t show up, however it states I bought them. There are no instructions about the format of the game, however you can only have five choices to pick from, even though you have more categories available (eight as of now)& it is quite a process to change out categories. You can only play this in the vertical mode of current iPads (portrait mode), & it will not rotate. So after I bought the new categories, they didn’t show up, I thought I was ripped off, after messing about on the app, I figured it out.It is a horrible UI design for a simple app.Aside from that the pix are nice & the sounds are fun.

Disappointed

When I first started using this app I was impressed with the ability to create my own flash cards. However once I paid for it I found out there was a limit of only 12 cards. Nowhere does it say that. It said that you can create more categories but there is no feature to create more categories nor to be able to create your own as it states in the description. There is no help except for a few basic FAQs. Went to website to find out more but the website is a nonfunctional page with a couple links that don’t work.If this app actually did what it said for managing categories I would have given a good review but as it currently is I would not recommend the app at this time.

Pictured is a trombone but the app calls (and demonstrates) it a trumpet

We would have given 4 starts but someone in editing either missed this or something. We like the app. It's easy enough for my 10 month old daughter and I to look at the animals and other objects together and hear/practice their sounds. However in the music section a trombone is pictured as a cartoon but they show a person playing a trumpet, say trumpet, and play a trumpet's sound.

Great app!

This app is great for my 18 month old and for older toddlers. I love that there are many different kinds of realistic pictures for each item and that they make sounds. It's helping him learn and comes in handy on long car rides since he can push the buttons himself. We have no added our own pictures or categories yet but will do that now that he recognizes images etc.

Terrific app!

This is a great app that keeps my toddler entertained while I'm putting on make up or getting dressed or in a pinch when we're in a restaurant! The paid version gives your child access to different pictures for each word which encourages him/her to revisit the same pictures over and over again!

Love this app! But more personal category space please!

This is a great way to practice flash cards and keep my toddler entertained at the same time. His favorite category is the one where you can record your own. We have all the faces and names of the people he sees the most so he can practice recognizing them and saying their names. The only down side is that there are only spots for 12, and we have so many more people we want to add. If the developers look at this and take feedback seriously, please add more space in the personal category!

Excellent flashcard game for toddlers

My 1.5-2 year old has loved this game since her first click. Originally she just hit pictures randomly, but now she targets specific animals etc. It's really handy to use the make-it-yourself category for relatives. You can use pictures off your phone and type and speak "Grampa" for the kid to click and learn. Strongly recommended.The only thing I wished was different is if all the categories were accessible at once. As is, only 5 options can be clicked at once.

Smart Baby Touch

I am a Grandfather with five daughters and quite a few grandkids. This app is absolutely wonderful. From a little over a year and a few months to even four or five, if they don't play with it a lot. I always use the app with them so that there is a bit of Grandpapa time along with the screen time. The free version has only one set of sounds and images but the $2.99 version comes with five sets. The images are photos of the animal or thing and the sounds are recordings of the real sounds.

Love this app!

We have really enjoyed this app! It has helped my 1 year old learn his animals and sounds. Best of all is the personal section. We put photos of all the family members to help him learn who everyone is that we infrequently see. This has made him so much more comfortable around extended family.

Diaper Change Assistant

We have a squirmy 18 month old and while he doesn't get a ton of screen time, I let him hold my phone during diaper changes. It keeps hin still and playing while business is attended to. He loves the transportation section and makes the train and car noises when we see them on the road.
