Better chances/odds

This game boasts great graphics and challenges (albeit somewhat repetitive) to keep you interested and wanting to play more, however, the odds of winning seem to be pretty tight with this casino slot game. There are many ways to win small amounts of free coins and I realize the game is designed to make money for the developers, but would be nice if it were a little looser - it would be more fun to play. I don’t really want to calculate all the in-game purchases I’ve made only to keep from loosing all my coins. The purchase increments are pretty steep for what you are rewarded with for you money. This is an ok game, but will likely stop playing as the cost vs. reward for me is not viable.Update: I agree with the fact there are ways to win free coins, but if you loose them quickly and readily, you either have to wait until you accumulate more coins or buy from the store. After spending more than I care to admit and still barely able to play, I stand by my comment that the slot is too tight on the payouts- with the understanding the developer is out to make money and not give things away, it could be a little looser for the customer.

Absolutely love this app ! I would just like to add , I recently lost my job of 19 3/4 years due to my disabilities & was forced to retire with much lesser pension than I was hoping for. The higher the level, the more you start losing

I was playing slots and tried the jackpot room. I had 13 billion. I started playing and after 11 spins, I won NOTHING! The reason I kept spinning was I erroneous thinking that I would soon win something Nope and I lost big time. I stopped playing for awhile, started over, and again tried the jackpot room. You’ll never guess what happened again....exactly the same thing. Again lost much but this time I stopped after 7 spins. Also the higher level you get to, the wins become less and less. I’m level 82 and can only play 8 slots. The challenges are unattainable and ridiculous. Playing for over a year. I stopped trying to level up. Graphics great but not enough to keep me playing too much. I now believe they mess with the odds. Their excuse is that it gets harder as you try to level up. Every slot game I’ve ever played kept its odds normal and never do they advertise that upcoming levels are harder. I’ve decided to quit. They always respond with everyone is different and keep trying. BS! P.S. the other players are the same people who win constantly and Murka always says they bet higher which means you’ll never win. Good job Murka, from 5 stars to 1. Good luck all but most importantly DON’T spend money....you’ll lose it soon enough. TC

Awful impassable scam don’t waste time

Had a special feature too duplicate your biggest win the next day with any coin purchase max win being no more then 10x the amount purchased I purchased 1 billion coins but the feature didn’t activate I’d also won 2.6 billion in free spins after the coin purchase I contacted customer support which asked for proof of purchase which I provided also a screen shot of the 2.6 billion win……. I was told that the feature hadn’t worked also explained too me it mentions that the win can’t be more the coin purchase which isn’t true because on the feature it clearly states at the bottom no more then 10x also said that the free spin wins are counted individually instead of the total at the end which in my case was 2.6 billion in one set of free spins which isn’t stated anywhere on the ad for the special feature they apologized and credited me 300 million……. That isn’t even an 1/8 of what I should’ve won when I provided proof via screenshot of the add they started ignoring me I only purchased the coins too active the feature too double the win this was a total Bait and switch scam this game is terrible and definitely not worth your time

Too many ads

I have given poor reviews and positive reviews in the past but this is a warning to all new players that don’t like ads. If you go to get your bonus you watch an ad then when you go to collect your bonus another ad. You go to see what’s in your inbox and it asks if you want 1 grand to watch an ad you go to click out but guess what, it makes you watch an ad. If I go to leave a game I watch another add. Just about everything has an ad pop up. If you close the game during an ad and come back you are just where you were in that ad. I have spent money in this game and with most games that gets rid of the ads, not here anymore. I am well over level 2000 and have never been as disgusted of this game as I am now. Oh, and in case I didn’t tell you most of the ads are 30 seconds. Oh ya, it doesn’t always give you your daily bonus. I am now really low on my credits so I will probably play them off then delete this app. I just don’t have the patience to sit through all of these ads that literally are nonstop. So in closing this comment, if you absolutely love spending more time watching ads than actually playing the game this game is for you.

Love the game but the mess ups are too frequent and always being asked to take a screenshot just irritates. Being shorted frequently on purchases is the worse, or reaching a point of reward only to lose the game. Get the excuse you got the credits but not the game . Who cares, you. Play the game out of isolation and having something to do as a shutin and it isn’t cheap. Sadly the more you spend the worse the game plays, bleeding your wallet. Nearly 9000 BIP points all for nothing and 1200 credit to increase the value of credits and having reached the Max, Nothing they just sit there and I paid for them for nothing. Work out something so we don’t just lose all those points, in other words , be fair and give the suckers a break. 87 and very alone just want the fun of playing , but will have to quit as I can’t afford to anymore. Thanks but please consider some repay on all the thousands of useless credits. Just had another mess with Murka Era Had 5,000 gem credits that just disappeared . Text support they dash I used 3000 credits to purchase an Ap. No way I have spent enough in this game I would never use my credits for that and have never even seen how to do that. They said they were retuning my credits and too close and restart game to get them . Did that twice and still no return of gem credits . This is maddening and dishonest.

Love it but . . .

I’ve been playing these slots for about 2.5 years and love them. I am currently at level 575 and at one time had over $150 billion. My typical bet is 25 to 50 K and it seems to me that no matter what my bet or how many spins I make the games do not pay out as they did at lower levels. I understand the need to challenge players and the odds on winning decrease as one attains higher levels but I just played Dragon’s Wildfire for 45 minutes betting $50 K per spin and after spinning 375 times NEVER got a free spin or a dragon ‘special’ win. And the measly payouts per spin at that bet level mean that I am down nearly $10 Billion!! To me, this indicates your payout percentages are too low (not enough wins) as players gets to higher levels, which implies you do not appreciate loyal fans who play regularly and with hefty bets. You are obviously able to track player’s data and should be able to increase payouts for loyal players to reward them more than players who don’t play as often or with such high stakes. Why should I continue to play this game if I know I am only going to lose all my money eventually? I love the graphics, slots, and daily bonuses but am very disappointed with payouts at higher levels and with big bets. Please let me know if there is any way to change this, if not I may have to stop playing this enjoyable slot.

What gets me is how many times you lose your coins ! It can be my hourly which is way to long for us not cheating or during the game it may not register your win ! I have lost more coins so I have to start all over from beginning ! Please stop this . One time I lost 300 thousand ! I won it but it never registered , what’s up with that It happens all the time and nothing is done except form letter sent back to you and that’s all . I have lost 4 million coins I was so happy I had never been that high in coins ! So I then go to next game and my 4 million was gone ! I had to start all over and download again !
