Must Have App!!!!

This is a wonderful app!!!! It’s genius!!! It’s so addicting that you just can’t quit even if you wanted to!!! It allows you to shop around the world at the comfort of your home in real-time as long as you have your phone handy!! Every hosts is unique in their own ways!!! Trust me their hosts can find you bags, shoes, clothes, jewelry & vintage items that you never thought needed, especially with Neverabore!!!! He goes through the grapevine and finds the rarest and best deals!!! You cannot miss any of his shows!!! He is simply the BEST!!! Love his style, honesty and very knowledgeable on a lot of things!!! It is truly a learning experience while having fun shopping with him!!! Highly recommended!!!

Unique offerings but….

If you have a problem with a purchase, don’t expect any help from anyone. A certain “popular” host on this site that takes a week to ship items either legit lost my order or UPS lost my order…either way, someone lost my stuff. Now I had just spent $300 with this same person a few days prior so maybe I’d get some help? Nope. I messaged for a month and after a few weeks, they stopped responding. And that’s another thing too; there is ZERO reason why the US sellers should be taking a week or more to ship out items. It’s beyond unacceptable given there’s a UPS store or drop box in most convenient locations. I will say that I love the vast product availability and one of a kind offerings to keep my wardrobe unique at a low cost.

Must have app for shoppers

This app is a great app for shoppers. You have options to buy vintage (preloved) items for great prices and buying new items from different stores all over the world. I like to buy name brand items so if I can get them cheaper here why pay full price? Plus I’m shopping from wherever I am when I have the time through my phone. Since Covid most people nowadays shop from home. So this is very convenient. Most hosts are kind, I’d say if you don’t like the host don’t buy from them. If you are new and hesitant download the app, sign up and just observe a live show first to see what is even offered. I have had great experience with customer service via email so far. Since I’m used to buying online, I can wait for my purchases to arrive. For the preloved items, they have an option where you can buy entrupy, a third party, to authenticate your item when you buy from host, and if it’s not authentic shopshop will refund you your money back. This also helps if you want to resell it later on. I’m so happy they listened to my previous feedback regarding the ombré screen look. It was nice but not good for shoppers when you can’t see the full screen in color. We rely on what we see during the live shows so the bigger the space to show item the better. Thank you for listening and making the change!

Amazing deals and great host except for a few

Love this app I’ve bought around hundreds of dollars of designer goods for amazing prices!! I’ve made friends and have actually developed great relationships with the host who also sometimes help with personal styling. Many of the host go out of their way to treat you with compassion and grace when purchasing but there are some I suggest keeping away from. I do not appreciate the concrete sunflower listing products incorrectly, falsifying the damages, not uploading as good detailed photos and getting around shop shops rules uploading one questionable photo of the items then three random thank you photos is a cheap and distasteful tactics. I also do not appreciate how much she cusses and even refers to us as mother f’ers on her live. She needs to be removed from and stopped from mudding the rest of SS. She should only sell in her personal store if she wants to be shady. Also some products authenticity is questionable from her shop.

Host Neverabore (Jose)

I ran across this app in 2021 and was surprised that I quickly downloaded the app and have been enjoying the shopping experience ever since. The hosts are all very knowledgeable particularly in their area of expertise. For example, I find Neverabore to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to finding interesting shops to host events; his knowledge of vintage jewelry and clothing is amazing. He tends to keep his audience interacting with him as his Lives run so smoothly. He pays close attention to his audience requests and needs, and remember his regular audience well. I have shared this app with so many family and friends in hopes that they too can enjoy this shopping experience. #Cookie🍪

Skeptic Turned Addict

I’m not going to deny that I had my doubts about this app and downloading it when I first heard about it, but ads kept coming up for me for this app on Instagram and TikTok, so they knew what they were doing! I downloaded and made my first purchase within days on a live at a Jimmy Choo Outlet. Over the course of a few months, I’ve not only scored some AMAZING designer deals, but I’ve also gained a knowledge of brands I never knew about such as Deepa Gurnani, Joomi Lim, De La Vali, Needle & Thread and more. I’ve also made friends in chatting there in the community. There are so many amazing hosts with such great energy: RachelGreenTV, ShopShopsEric, Neverabore, Nahja Buchanan, Lou, and so many more. If you’re hesitant for any reason in using this, I understand why, but I promise you that in using this that you gain so much more than just great deals!

The glitches on the videos And live videos are so annoying

I liked this app and I bought two things from it which I still haven’t received… hi fashion designer things that I would never allow myself to buy full price have a huge discount which is super convenient and up my alley. Since I haven’t received these products yet I cannot speak to the products condition but what I can tell you is although I love the products that they sell and they are reasonable prices… The live viewings of the shows have so much left to desire it’s so ridiculously slow and it jumbles and freezes and I’m sick of it-so much so that I don’t think I’m even going to bother using this app anymore as soon as I get my products that I already bought.

Best Host Neverabore - Jose Osorio

Neverabore is the best host. He pays extra care to all his customers. He has so many regular customers and remembers the style and preferences of each of them. He has gained my trust when shopping as he only recommends quality products to me. I am a vintage jewelry collector and I have found incredible pieces thanks to him. He is super knowledgeable and always willing to learn. He is kind and personable. Love love shopping with him and it is truly the main reason why I continue shopping with Shopshops. Confused

Why is it every time I make a purchase nothing it shipped out three days goes by a soul inside the shop that means it’s sold to somebody who works there. I have never in my life every time I order something they refund my money and say it’s been sold to someone else and it’s very sad because if you’re advertising that you’re selling something it should be first come first serve not three days later that the product is stealing your store and has not been shipped to me but only sold to someone else I mean they’re holding it for someone who wants to purchase it that works there and that happened to me five times with the ones that say New York in the light blue and just recently when I asked the Nother associate about what should I do they say right customer service and I bought the wallet from them they sent me a notification three days after I purchased it and it never got shipped out and they say sorry the item was sold inside the store. How is that possible when you’re advertising what you have and it never gets shipped I just wanna know if anybody else is having the same problem or is it just me??
