Don’t fall into the VIP Shaadi trap!

They try hard to sell you VIP Shaadi for $600 for the so called ‘personalised service’. It’s just crap! The moment you accept any of the suggested profiles from the consultant, you can see a notification in the app that ‘I have connected with prospect’ irrespective of the time of the day. This clearly goes to show that these guys are cheating you by giving automated updates and make it look like there’s actually someone working on your profile. What an unethical behaviour! As far as the suggestions, they just apply all the filter criteria you give, and automatically send you some random profiles every week that may/may not meet the criteria. There is no concept of ‘personalised service’. Don’t fall for that trap! At this point it feels like I paid $$$ only to get notified by bots. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

Shaadi is a scam

They are using people id to hack their bank account. I created my profile suddenly I received allot of interest. I paid for membership to try. After upgrading to gold membership and talking with several families. I found, most of the profiles are faked and created by shaadi employees, shaadi employees are talking with me. After 3 days of upgrade they asked me to upload my photo id. When I uploaded, just few days later someone tried to hike in to my bank account using the debit card that I paid from and the id I provided. They tried to use my personal info to get credit card as well.I called their customer service . Lady on the phone was very rude and angry. I asked for return my money. They said your recieved more then 10 interest and you accepted more then one. We cannot return your money. Few days later they deactivated my account for no reason.I will recommend everyone stay away from these scammers.

Fake Profiles/ Money Scammed

Dear subscribers!Report this website to secret service for investigation. As a American, I don’t just wait to report to FBI. This is totally a fraudulent website. The guys in the platform act like they are caring customers; but they don’t. I requested refund immediately after I signed up (note: I subscribed because of their misleading advertisement), they didn’t refund my money yet. Their refund policy is very silly & shameful. Americans don’t keep policy like this. Americans care customers. If customers are not satisfied, Americans refund their money immediately. The guys in this platform are tiring—I spent so much time to chat with them to get refund. I believe that these people live in some part of India & they are homeless. They don’t have anything to eat. So, they are scamming our money. They also talk about customer support team, they have appealing customer care website & also live chat. All fake! They don’t refund money & I guarantee! I disputed my money two times, they declined. Bank advised me to keep follow up until I get refund. Bank already consulted US authorities to investigate this website. Dear shoppers, dispute your transaction immediately & file report to your concern authorities. Don’t let your money scammed okay! Thanks!

Privacy breach!

I don’t know why suddenly my account stopped working and asking to upload my license or passport copy. I find that to be deliberate attempt by Shaadi to gather private documents/data to sell to 3rd parties. If I knew this then I wouldn’t be spending my money on this fishy app. Worst, there are tons of profiles which are fake or click-bate. Trusting them with your documents is the last thing anyone want. Shaadi using Apple IOS platform to gather crucial information and users must escalate this matter with Apple since foreigner company like Shaadi can get away. The integrity of this app is subjective since they have no valid office in US, but collecting personal documents here. The app developer responses are vague & doesn’t address the core issues of app credibility and data privacy. If you don’t care about your data to be auctioned to 3rd parties then go right ahead.

What a piece crap app

Don’t have words. You have violated terms and they don’t provide you a reason. But we have listen to them since this is their scam business. They ask you provide photo ID, ask you for your educational documents and work documents, come on seriously. Unless people are getting married over phone or WhatsApp. Face to face in person, families meet and talk, share details. Why is Shaadi a middlemen here. Why would I want to share my personal documents with Shaadi and still get scammed or people not responding to any messages or not serious about marriage. Their VIP service is just waste of money, before you decide to invest money try to read reviews. Shaadi people creates profiles calls you 1 million times, once they make a group on WhatsApp. They are done. Members don’t connect back neither you hear anything from them. Save yourself the hassle. Until you pay them with their so called membership, they will show good matches and best matching profiles. Once you pay, here goes everything. Bunch of profiles without photo or any information, the number doesn’t work, email nobody cares to see.

Horrible & Rubbish Ever

Wasting time Do Not Waste Time and/or Money .When you are Not Premier Member You’ll get lot of Profile Request to see my profile and I’m Interested but after that Once you Paid Member Never Get Profile Request Like Before. It’s like a Spam. After few months I Never Use and now I’m trying to Open msg come up that you Profile is Discontinue and contact us for more detail. And there is no Contact on app, without inform me, Never email me to inform and discontinue, what a Stupid think I Never have been see before. In that Profile my Full 4 picture inside the Profile so is that safe for me, for my picture is not even protected, and anyone can copy and miss-use my photo. This is really Garbage and it’s just a business Making Money App and Nothing Else. 👎👎👎

Very Disappointing

This application has a lot of fake profiles where they will say that they were born and raised in US but once we talk they have a huge accent. There are also profiles where they state they work for UN so they can't talk on the phone but then eventually start asking for money. There are also some profiles where they will use the same pictures but for different profiles and with different names. All of these profiles have very impressive pictures but are completely fake.Despite of hiding my phone #, somehow some people were still able to see it and start calling at 5am or 4am but once after looking at the picture it's someone I have never seen before. Also, some of these people here will start texting with some weird pictures even though I have never talked to them before. The more I try to stop them the more they insist on continuing the conversation and will be very pushy. I do not recommend this application to anyone. It has been a nightmare dealing with these fraudulent profiles.

Fake scam robbers.

The owner anupam mittal made this app for himself to find a better girl and now they are misusing this app to make more and more money they are making fake profiles to attract men and women online by seeing those pictures people are getting attracted and thats how they make them to pay for membership but in reality they pay their actual employees to make more and more fake profiles so that people get trapped to pay and than after when you come to know the reality they do not refund your money at all the owner anupam mittal he is a really big fraudsters and scammer in India and this is how they scam all over the world. Nobody is over them thats what they understand they deactivated my account after I paid for premium plus within a week I kept on emailing them they do not reply and when you go online this scam app does not give your their physical office address or the customer care number the only way is you have to email them. Please never ever go to this app. Since they are in India they think nobody is above them to govern them or standardise them they make fake profiles and scam the people around. Never ever download this app even they might be paying for getting good reviews to run their business.

A bunch of looters

I created a profile for my brother. And started sending interest to profiler I thoughts suitable. Becuase you can’t do anything from free profile, I bought the three month gold plus subscription. This is what happens then.They send an email that my profile is under review give a govt issued ID. I supplied my CA driving license. Then they said send a selfie for verification purposes. In next 3 hours they deleted the account without saying anything what was violated. And the worst part is the membership I purchased I was charged. So basically, I paid 121 dollars and got nothing. If this is not cheating then what is. I also know that profiles who have got married and settled now their profiles still exist in the website. Not only that they are shown online even when they are not. This website is very shady and should be shut down.

Owned a for a year

When I signed up for as a trial I was getting soo many messages and notifications from girls. Every time I wanted to reply those messages the app didn’t let me and asking me to upgrade it which means pay them a membership for a yeah then u b able to reply. So I paid for the most expensive one $100 something. And when I logged in again as a member to reply those messages which I got 100s of them before I purchased the membership non of them were real messages from actual person. The shadi just do this purposely to attract to make money. I would never recommend this app to anyone. It’s or worth it at all to pay them money. All other apps r free and works better then this crapy app. I would like to get my money back is somone can help me with this pls.
