Doesn’t work
Every time when the app is opened, and after a few taps it used to ask for PIN. After the recent update, it lost even that functionality. Please don’t make the home screen complicated. Make it in such a way that, when the app is opened it should either ask for TouchID or credentials instead of asking to tap to go to the login screen.
Great app upgrade
The recent app upgrade is awesome. Love the features. Nice to have the investment insights with single tag on mobile. Hope to see more features coming in. Nice work!
Error in opening app
This app is not working. I am not sure every time I am opening it’s showing the up address not recognized due to internet fluctuations. I have never seen such type of error earlier.
Unable to select folio and slow performance
Slow response on search and details pages : unable to select folio hence other features are disabled to use like invest etc
Worst user experience
This app is very low and once open you need to keep tapping the screen to go to the login page. If luck favors you might get in to login page but shows lots of technical errors to log in. One have to waste lots of time to get in to the app or to do any activities. This needs serious improvement.
Always error out since the upgrade
I have been always getting “We could not complete the request” error since the recent upgrade.Tried to delete and re-install the app multiple times and still not fixed
App is forcing me to invest in balance advantage fund
I am a new user to this app and currently exploring it. One of the biggest problem is when i am logging in, in sometime the balance advantage fund page is opening and when clicking back button it is not doing anything. Please improve on this.I will share more feedback as i get to use it more.
Is the app test?
Not sure if the app is tested properly before launching for market. The dashboard has image loading forever. The spinner keeps spinning forever, resulting not being able use other section(s).
