That's just silly

I was compelled to write a review after seeing a one star rating. This is an awesome app and does exactly what its meant for, otherwise it'd be like walking in to a hair boutique saying I just want a nice straight razor beard shave but since you don't do that exclusively, I'm going to tell everyone your boutique is horrible 😒

Go to App for pricing for last 3 years

Would definitely pay a fee for this app to make sure it is still available and accurate!! I have used this app exclusively pretty much everyday for the last 3 years. It has made pricing my items so much easier than anything else out there. When I’m sourcing at stores it’s a must to quickly find out if something is worth buying or not. When I switched to managed payments I had to wait for an update but once they did that I adjusted my settings and was back to quickly pricing without worrying about accuracy. Now that the promoted listing fee includes the entire price paid, including shipping and taxes, I hope they are working on an update to adjust the app to account for that. I still use it for my pricing but I’m now including a misc dollar amount to try and cover my bases. ***Definitely worth paying some sort of fee if an update to the FVF and the PL fee will then be calculated based on entire price paid. So it will be accurate with how eBay is now calculating them.***

Life Saver

I was compelled to write the review after seeing the one star review left. This app is a legitimate life saver (okay maybe that's too strong of a word, but still so helpful). I believe you can tell from a mile away that this app is not for hairstylists, it's for eBay sellers, but luckily, I've been both. To figure out a simple percentage all you have to do is multiply the total cost (ex. $100 color and 0.275 {or whatever PayPal fees technically are} and you will have whatever the PayPal fee was... Simple, simple math. And even if you were to add that to the price knowing before hand, it would still charge you. You would need them to give you the 2.75% by cash or checking if checking is free. No need to bash this wonderful app! eBay has soooo many fees to factor in WITH PayPal, that sellers really have to contemplate before they ever decided to sell an item. That's what this app is for, and it works amazingly. I use it multiple times a day.

Honest review

Definitely a MUST-HAVE app if you sell a lot online. I have been using this app for the past 4 months straight every day and I find that it is very easy to use. I would really like Salecalc to have a feature of naming and saving a particular calculation so that we sellers can store that information on the app to review it later. If that addition happens then its a 5 star app!

Update ....EVER?

******DEVELOPER - PLEASE RESPOND ******I tried contacting someone.......anyone.....but to no avail, my efforts have failed miserably! I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to try and find out what, (if any) the future plans are for this (at one time outstandingly wonderful) app!?!? I, like so many others, used this app ALL THE TIME and am so immensely sad that there have been no updates since 2015. I have been making the needed adjustments (fee increases in PayPal, eBay, etc.) in my head to allow for the increases that haven’t been changed within the app. All I want to know is will there be an update or has the app just been abandoned all together? According to some of the other reviews I read, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that I’m not the only one who wants to know this either! There were (and are still) many, many, people whom love(d) and depended upon, this app! Therefore.........******PLEASE RESPOND DEVELOPER!!!************PLEASE RESPOND DEVELOPER!!!******I can only speak for myself when it comes to saying that I would be even willing to pay! A truly good app is a great thing and it’s just about become a necessity today! I understand the costs that are associated with developing and keeping an app up to date, but I (we) can’t help if we’re unable to get a response! Great app

This app I have used for over a year now. It works wonderfully for what it’s designed for. Now that managed payments is being rolled out for everyone, this app really does need updated and hasn’t been yet, to accommodate for that new pricing structure. As soon as that happens it will be a perfect app again.

Excellent App; Works exactly as advertised!

This app is amazing! I love it because it works exactly as advertised… You enter in all your costs and expenses and it computes your expected profit amount and profit margin, etc. It it will also give you a breakdown of fees charged by eBay and PayPal along with percentages compared to your sales. I've been looking for like like this for ages and I finally found it. I do wish it would allow me to pay a one time fee in order to get rid of ads though. Keep up the good work!

Exactly what I've been searching for!

I'm absolutely loving this app! I've been working the hard way figuring out if the profit I'm making is worth the time and effort put into it.. With this app I can see exactly how much I'd make on each sale and know beforehand if it will pay off! Instead of buying something to resell only to find out afterwards it wasn't worth all the hassle. Thanks for this app!

I just need the PayPal here calculator

* Disclaimer* This is not a review for this app in general. Sorry for such a negative review. I will update as soon as the app is updated and or another is created.I'm an iPhone user. I am a hairstylist and I use the PayPal here app/card reader to process payments. There is not one single app (free or paid) that calculates the PayPal here fee of 2.7%. I pass this fee along to my clients and thus far I've been using the salecac website which is slow in my browser. When I saw this app I was relieved only to learn it calculates eBay fees as well which is not my case.Could you PLEASE update this app to have a separate function for calculating PayPal here sales only or make an app specifically for that for iPhone users. I will gladly purchase it!!

Not current, but still very handy

Sure, it doesn’t account for eBay managed payments BUT it’s close enough. It would be great if it did support it though so hope to see it someday soon. It’s free. This is 5 stars for free all day long. And the ads aren’t the awful kind either.
