Incredible!!

I’ve played many apps like this but they never lived up to my expectations. Romance Club has amazing quality writing and the stories are all intriguing in their own way. Some of them I thought I would like less than others but once I started reading, I was hooked! Every chapter makes you want more, and the love interests are interesting and unique. Even the side characters are very well written and have actual personalities. There’s LGBTQ+ rep, which is wonderful. I’ve only seen one romance story app have a trans woman as a love interest, so when I found out Romance Club also had one I was thrilled. I wish there were more female love interests, but the ones they do have are all so beautiful and unique, so it makes up for the lack of balance between the number of male vs female LIs. Also, the Diamond Rush and Tea Party events are fantastic! Having 48 hour events where all diamond choices are free is unheard of on any other app. Most apps are very money hungry and it’s impossible to earn diamonds without paying a ridiculous amount of money, but Romance Club has several ways to earn diamonds for free. However, this is the type of app I wouldn’t mind spending money on, because it is very clear the developers care about their audience. Keep up the wonderful work, I can’t wait to see what other stories release in the future :)

The best interactive story game so far! ❤️

I started playing this last year and was hooked! I remember the first story I played, “Sails in the fog”, and thought that I wouldn’t be into it because pirates weren’t my cup of tea. But after dwelling deep in the story, I was mesmerized by the beautiful art, soundtracks, and most importantly, storyline. This game was the first to actually let me enjoy every genre, since they’re so intriguing with all the plot twists and unpredictable plot. I admit this was the only game where I spent a lot of money because it felt worth it, sometimes even for the stunning outfits. I stopped playing this after a while because there were only a few stories released. But I came back to it 2 months ago and was amazed by the new selection! I’m still sad to see that “Sails in the fog” is coming to an end though. One con is that they release chapters late, but it’s worth the wait for the quality content. Your choices actually matter as they shift your path! I love the skills (diplomacy, fortitude, etc.) they incorporated in here where it keeps you engaged in each choice. This beats all interactive story games out there. Keep up the work! I just wish this was advertised more because people are missing out on this hidden gem 💎

best visual novel app, but still has its issues

this is hands down the best visual novel app on the app store. they’re constantly doing events where you get like 24 hours of free keys or free diamond choices or free outfits. they update the stories pretty regularly, the stories are quite good. that being said, i still have to acknowledge the lack of diversity. they do WAY better than any other apps i’ve tried but there’s still an obvious preference for straight content and there is no body diversity at all. when will we get MCs with different body types? fat people, disabled people, etc, we do exist and it would be nice to see ourselves too. and of course, there is LGBT content but it basically stops there. i think i’ve seen 1 trans person? and if you pick a queer love interest, they tend to have less romance scenes than the straight couples. like- every time. that’s not cool. overall, i would recommend this app to anyone, and the devs have done a great job. but that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved!! anyways, thanks for all your hard work you guys are great :)

Why do I have to pay again to replay stories

I really want to give this a 5 star rating but I'm giving 3 based on the fact that I paid to play all 3 seasons of Heaven's Secret and then had to pay again to replay seasons 2 and 3. I've already invested over 30 bucks to play the 3 seasons the first time around and then over 20 bucks to replay seasons 2 and 3 for alternate endings. I love everything about this game it's leaps and bounds above the majority of other games in this genre. This is the only game that I've ever had to pay to multiple times for chapters it's always been a pay the first time and then replay it as often as you want from there on out. I don't mind paying to play the chapters especially when it's as good as this is but it's less appealing to pay for stories knowing that I'll have to pay again for a replay. I'm reluctant to pay for anymore stories because I enjoy alternate endings and it's just too expensive for me to do on this app. I'm in it for the long haul if you can find some middle ground on this issue. You won't be able to get rid of me everything on this app puts all others to shame I'm definitely a fan.

Really good so far, but...

I have REALLY loved this story. And also, as for only having caucasian options, I could understand why that would have been implemented for historical accuracy, if that was a reason. Although most of the storyline is intriguing, the cliffhangers are killing me. I understand you update them monthly, and have an update coming in April, but the people waiting for the update have nothing to go on. Would it be possible to set a day in the month (even around) that day so that we don’t check the game every day? I’m sorry if I sound impatient (I know I probably do), but this game is really good. Another thing that’s slightly disheartening is not having the ability to gather the gems to answer in a way that does not seem to greatly alter the story. Deciding your character’s fate in the story because of 17 gems kinda stinks. I know you offer to get 2 gems for a video every 5 hours, but could it be possible to make it easier to get gems? Like, for example, being able to watch a video and gain one gem every hour? This game is really great. Great storyline, characters, and is one of the few that shows what is actually in the game in the pictures offered at an app store. Loving it, guys, good jobs so far.

Needs More Diversity + wave patrol season 3

I’ve been on this app since 2019 and I frequently reinstall and delete it. I like the game because of the amount of gems we are given for finishing a chapter and a story. And the choices actually matter and you have enough gems to make those choices . Not only that but the stories I actually enjoyed were well thought out and made. My favorite books were “my hollywood story and wave patrol”. Which goes into one of my complaints, I need more stories like these. More realistic stories I’m tired of seeing sci-fi, fantasy, or olden days stories. Wave patrol has potential for a 3rd season and I need more realistic modern day stories that have good diversity. Those two stories have the best options for darker skin characters including hair, makeup, and skin color. And have good storylines that have potential for more seasons. My problem with the game is the lack of diversity . The black or dark skin characters are often ashy, literally saw a skin tone that looked like tin foil for the darker skin option. Y’all can’t make the skintones more diverse in other stories too like why is the darkest skin tone the same shade as Beyoncé? And why are the hair options limited minus wave patrol and my Hollywood story

Really surprised

I’m almost finished with ‘heavens secret’ story and it’s so good. I was really taken aback by the quality of the story and the length of it. I’ve tried a lot of interactive story games and they’re always really dissatisfying and make you have to spend money to play the game. This game is not like that which I really love. You can earn quite a lot of gems relatively easily and I like that you can gain experience to use that for choices also. I’m addicted to the story and characters! It’s so fun feeling like I’m sucked into another world. Thanks a lot to the developers on this one!The only recommendation I have is that it would be nice to continue having opportunities for romantic relations with different characters throughout the game rather than needing to start developing it right away because sometimes I want to wait and see who all the characters are before I decide and it seems by that time the prior choices no longer enable me to go further with anyone which is frustrating

Lack of Diversity and Story Genres

I originally wanted to give this app five stars, but instead went down due to certain reasons. For instance there’s a lack of diversity when it comes to the love interests. Majority if not all are white love interests no offense their handsome, but just feel like there’s no inclusion for other races and nationalities. If I can give a recommendation maybe you can like give us the choice to choose what character(s) we would like to continue on a story with for an example just like how at the beginning of the story you give us the option to choose what our main character would like such as their skin color I feel you should do the same with the love interests. Like I started reading one of your stories called The One and Deshawn is incredibly handsome just wish the other stories were the same with including characters who looked like him. Also another reason why I gave it a three was because of the stories there are a lot of mythical and spiritual realm like stories that I personally will not be reading as I’m not interested in those topics and story genres. But other than that everything else is good especially the love scenes those were perfectly written.

Why aren’t I getting the romance scenes?

I’ve been playing this game because the plot of Seduced By The Rhythm is sooo good, even if the writing isn’t. But the issue as I’m coming to the end of season 2 is how the romance is formulated. I chose not to have a relationship with any of the team members in season 1. I began my character’s relationship with Orlando at the start of season 2 with two or three premium choices, but by episode 5 I noticed that there were no more romance scenes. I decided to check the fandom wiki, and it showed me that because I had no prior romantic relationship with any of the team members in season 1, I couldn’t have a relationship with Orlando/Hiro in season 2 and so it was just skipping the romance scenes completely. Why isn’t each love interest singular so you are able to pick who you want? And let’s also talk about season 1: Justin as a love interest moved too fast—no-one rushes to spend their diamonds so early on, we all want to save them and spend them wisely towards the end of each book. Essentially I want to know why I couldn’t romance Orlando, and I almost want my gems back that I wasted on him. This is the problem when you’ve played Choices, and they do all this stuff in an easy and simple way without glitches or confusion.

Pretty good for a story choice game

Compared to episode and other games, I would have to say that I like this one the most because of the Hollywood Story. I haven’t read the other stories yet. But from what I’ve seen from My Hollywood Story it’s good. Also I’ve used multiple diamond choices (that weren’t clothes) and it does really impact the game but not in a way that you get the 'bad ending'. For example I spent my gems on training my dog in the story and it has helped my character in a lot of situations. Based on my preference, I like the characters appearance. It’s nice that they have included other races. But I also would like to see more diverse male characters in the stories. And when you can’t afford to spend gems on a nice outfit or item the free ones are actually cute too. The storyline for My Hollywood Story is great considering a lot of story games have a Hollywood plot. I also really like some of the expressions on the characters faces. I do want to mention that some important choices do cost a lot of your gems but I totally understand that since they’ve got to make money somehow. Although I do miss the times where games were all fun and you had to watch commercials/ads to play. Besides that I would give this game 5/5 stars because it’s better than most story games.
