Just wasted $9.99! At least it wasn’t more

Misidentified two stones. Don’t think I can get my money back.

It’s always 1 of 5

Every scan gives you a possibility of 5 stones. I scanned my diamond and it said possibly a moonstone. I want to know what the stone or crystal is by using this app which you have to pay for, not guess with every single stone! Even simple stones! My quartz gave 5 stones it might be. Most don’t even look like what I scanned. Not worth any money or even time!

Poor accuracy.

I scanned 5 stones knowing what they were to test the accuracy as soon as I downloaded the app. I scanned a labradorite. It came back as 2 possibilities. Quartz or malachite. I scanned 2 different Baltic ambers and an amethyst, they all came back as quartz. I scanned a tigers eye and it came back as malachite. Poor quality app and not recommended.

I didn’t like that it said it suggested five different ones when I wanted it to identify just one. It only gave me three correct out of all the once I tried

If you have quartz it works and that’s all

Waste of time and money for a scanner. It doesn’t work on most things and for pretty much all of them it gives quartz as a result. If you are going to advertise a scanner then it should identify things.

You shouldn’t be charging people weekly monthly or yearly for an app that is inaccurate. I never leave ratings for anything, but I had to leave a rating for this cause it made me pretty mad. I even tried to unsubscribe and it’s still showing up a subscription, so that better get fixed.I scanned a pinkish colored stone, it popped up with a black stone a green stone and 3 other random things that were not even close. I scanned what I believe is peridot, and it popped up with another set of random stuff that wasn’t even close. I need an app that is going to be accurate because I collect stones and have found some of value.

No good

This app has no idea what stone is in the picture I have a red Jasper stone and the app says it is Muscovite which is white in color I don’t get it then I took a picture of Apatite which is a blue stone and the app says it is Malachite which is a green stone so I took a picture of a rose quartz and it says it is a quartz but shows a white quartz it does not show the type of quartz
