Horrible, Unreliable App

This software will bring you so much embarrassment if front of your client’s and their guests. The app freezes, blacks out, temporarily deletes and restarts the whole gallery, the overlay dimensions never work out (Even if you put It to square, it makes it full size). Oh, and also when I thought many people were receiving their video via airdrop, text message, or email, they weren’t! Over 34 people came back to me saying they never received the video. This made my 360 Event an embarrassing NIGHTMARE.

Very easy to use

The app is easy to use which is why i gave it 4 stars but the quality of the video wasn’t too great. Also i noticed it said i could add music from Apple Music but I can’t figure out how. I’m anticipating this being a great app very very soon. Thank you Revospin!

Great App

Love the app and how it functions but there is a few things I wish was fixed. I know they are working on getting a sharing station set up so can’t wait on that. The other thing is after using the app for several events it starts to take up storage on my phone. I was at an event and couldn’t figure out why the app stopped working and had to use my wife phone to finish the event. Checked with support they advised to log out and back in and that would fix the issue but it didn’t. I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app and then it clears out the storage. Just don’t feel like that is the most efficient way to clear your storage from the build up the app causes. It’s cloud based also I thought so not for sure why it begins to take up space. I do not save videos to my device either! Still love the ease of use though! Outside of that I would have given five stars.

Instructions are not as easy

After watching multiple videos the content is to fast and the mirror screen is so small they don’t even give you a chance to follow along. They never show the difference between the free portion of the app and the paid portions. So that people can see the options. They just keep saying look at the subscription page I know what it says but want to see all it does with a demonstration. Love the idea but going to use another software.

Fantastic Improvement - Simple as always

After purchasing a 360 platform from Revospin - included was 3 months of free software and a training I can do with one of their tech support agents. Over the last couple months I have seen significant improvement in the app overall and even though there has been some issues (bugs, network error) nothing drastically has happened to cause an issue for any of my clients at their events.I highly recommend this app because of its simplicity and user friendly software - with also live support from real people!So glad I went in this direction to purchase!

No Support

I made two tickets this past weekend because I had back to back events and for whatever reason, all of my videos weren’t saved in the event gallery. I made a ticket on the 23rd and the 26th and no one reached out to resolve the issue. I did get an email today (04/28) stating that my tickets were closed. Not sure how you can close a ticket without speaking to someone but I guess it just shows how crap the app and its “support” really is. And by the way, the first event I did, I lost ALL of the gallery. So yeah, that’s that. Using this app will give you a front seat to ruining your new business reputation fast.

Always an issue

Every time we have an event we start having issues where the app freezes and we have to keep opening and closing because it crashes on us. It’s causing problems with our clients and then receiving videos because we can’t re upload because we can’t even get into the app. Most likely going to go to Touchpix regardless of the cost if that’s going to help our clients guest get videos sooner

360 failure

THE CONCEPT IS GREAT AND USER FRIENDLY BUT AS TO BE EXPECTED THEIRS WORK AND LITTLE BUGS THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED ASAP. I WAS CONVINCED TO USE THIS SOFTWARE VS TOUCHPIX AND BEING A NEW 360 OWNER, I DIDNT KNOW BETTER AND WELL NOW IM LOSING A GALLERY A CLIENT HAS PAID ME AND LOTS OF NEGATIVE ON MY BUSINESS NOT A GOOD START! I reached out to technology support and had two phone calls but after that looks like their closed for the holidays ,like a pre holiday time off. Again I understand ! But now I’m only receiving support via email and it’s just the same advice and yet no solution! I’ve done everything right on my end and still can’t pull up a paused loading gallery . Please get better at having knowledge on troubleshooting problems and find a solution or just tell the truth and say your app lost it and try to accommodate for that mess up instead of giving me a run around .

Nope

This app has been nothing but a headache. It works about 10 percent of the time. Downloads usually don't work when you send them and there is no way to save directly to device. I'm skeptical of the positive reviews figuring it must be employees boosting the reviews early on. It may be decent once they work the bugs out but right now I would advise staying with proven software. No way I could trust this app at an event I'm putting on. Unless you like headaches and incomplete projects stay clear for now.
