Does make the gif, however you have to "upgrade" and pay $1.99 to actually repost anything.
Crashes too much
Started crashing when I PAID to remove the ads!! Waste of money. Fix your app wish I Could get a refund

Works when it wants too, allows you to copy like 6 vids free then asks to upgrade and pay to continue doing so.

Having Trouble Reposting...
Seems to work well in getting the gifs from Tumblr neatly, but I'm having difficulty actually posting it to Instagram; it also fails to save said gif to my phone...hmmm..

It's a great app I just wish there weren't so many ads
His Potential but inconsistent loading to IG
There are so few apps that will help to get short videos loaded to Instagram. This app will only work with very short vids or pics and that is inconsistently --when trying to load a average Tumblr video it hangs and spins and will never recover. Repeatedly has to be restarted.Seems like developers have given up.Save your time and money until it becomes consistent and stable with loading Tumblr video.
I don't know how I feel.
Sometimes it works great, then other times it doesn't load the video I'm trying to repost or save.

I can download some videos but if it even has a "foreign" letter it won't download
