It’s ok.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought the app. I love how it automatically makes the videos for you however it has very few options to choose from. I wish it had the option to choose your own songs. Requesting a refund. 😒

Not impressed

I’ve had the app for two days and now 3 different times I tried to make a reel using two different templates and each time it stopped at 61%. The first time I had to close after 10 min, this last time I let it go for 30 min thinking I had to give it more time. Did not happen. There is no overview, previous reels created, or customer service/it help on the app. Hence- the poor review. Also, I paid for a year but when you go into terms of service (I did this looking for a help icon) it says a totally different number, so I wouldn’t be surprised if I get double charged in a month or too. Not impressed and wished I had looked at other apps.- offer app help- have a profile section where previous reels are created.- clean up your app so that it’s not breaking at 61%

Beyond disappointed

I paid for this stupid app, and I’m not happy I did!! First problem is there are so few options for reels in general, let alone the number of images I’m needing to use. I have maybe 3 or 4 that work. There’s no way to filter in the app so I just have to scroll. And, the app won’t load my entire photo library!! So even when I managed to find a template that worked, I couldn’t use it bc only a THIRD of my library is available. I checked my settings and it shows that the app has full access. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! There is NO fixing this dumpster fire!!!

There are some bugs they need to be fixed

I purchased the app just because of the easy and fast way to create a reel! I absolutely love the fact that all I need to do is choosing pictures and videos and the rest is done by the app. Unfortunately there are some issues with the app. Like it crushes down and closes the app by itself and I have to start all over again. There’s also no way to save the created video and go back to it.

Needs more Hip Hop

Has bugs

I like this app a lot and I just purchased it, but there needs to be some serious fixes. When you upload a video it doesn’t save when you apply it. So you have to go back and run down your “recent” photos creating so much obnoxious time on the app. I thought this was going to make it easier, actually a lot of time wasted. There needs to be a section able to access all different albums in your photos not just recents so you have to scroll and take years to find the content you were looking for. I’d either like an update to the fixes or my money back. Thank you.

I’ll stick with CapCut

For the amount of money this app costs, you’d think it’d offer more. You can only use templates they’ve already created, with only the sounds they have available. You can’t customize the reels with your own sounds, different number of photos/videos etc. So I end up spending more time and money on another app that will allow me to do so. Also, it’s ridiculous that only two subscription options are available. 3 months and one year 😑 of course I ended up picking the year but have always figured out it was pointless in less than 20 minutes. I’d like a refund. Thank you.

Coll and handy with bugs!

After choosing clips and after combination, it just shows black screen and the time is unlimited. So it just plays a black screen. Sometimes it stops playing sounds in the middle of playing and sometimes it does not load. It is a handy app and i love it but i have paid for it so i want a clean app!

Love it!

Just got the app on Jun 16, and so far in love it. However; I have some inputs, noticed when I give access to all my photos, I can only access photos that are on albums and not all them at all. That means, if I want certain pictures, I would have to go my photos and separate by albums to gain access. It would be nice if we can gain access to all picture all at once.Second, when I go to setting, only option available is to contact support, but when click it says “go to setting of your device to create and email” however, it doesn’t provide you an email address.It would be nice, if there were not option in settings to personalize your app.But, beside this the APP ROCKS!!! Thank you

Refund Please

This is a pretty terrible app. I do realize that this is not supposed to be an editing app and instead is just meant to help you get a reel out quickly, but it’s not even good at its main purpose. Yes I can get a reel out quick, but the reels are horrible quality because all my photos and videos are squashed to fit the screen size and there is no way to fix this. I foolishly purchased the yearly plan and would like my 25 dollars back. I sent an email to the support team and will be even more disappointed if I don’t receive a response.
