Search filters are extremely limited. For example, land size is only available of agriculture. Only interesting if you create your searches on the website
V.Difficult to navigate listings after latest mandatory update!!
Can’t even move through the map view without great difficulty or see the entire map after latest update. Why take what was working ok & seriously diminish its functionality??!!
App useless
The app only works if you allow location services which is pointless when you are trying to look for a home in a different location. Also, the app will only load the first 9 homes. Also pointless when you are trying to compare different neighborhoods. Where are the Zillow and Trulia apps for Canada??
Would love more search criteria
This app is easy to use and I love how you can zoom in for a more focused search. What would be GREAT is more search criteria, for example: available parking spots; year built; strata fee (min, max); days on market.
Doesn’t work well at all
I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.4.2 and the app is completely unusable. That’s not an exaggeration. It looks wildly bad and few of the buttons actually work. None of them work correctly. I do have some accessibility features turned on, so perhaps this is the issue. If so, it’s completely unacceptable.
Okay but needs improvement
It would be helpful if HOA fees were included and if the filters actually worked. You cannot successfully search for detached homes without the search results including townhomes and condos. In addition, the map function does not pinpoint where manufactured or mobile homes are located when the address includes lot numbers.
Best Real Estate App
This is the best Real Estate that I have ever used. It has helped my family & I to look for the perfect home. I highly recommend this App to Everyone.⭐❤️👍🏻⭐❤️👍🏻⭐❤️👍🏻⭐❤️👍🏻⭐❤️👍🏻
Contains bugs
I can’t view the menu of choices for sorting so I have to move it down once and then see how it sorts. And I can only sort by price and not by newer versus older listings. Also, when creating my filters, same thing happened where I could not actually see the individual choices. So it was a lot of guess work to out my filter the way I wanted it to be. Not user friendly.
Works well and a great place to start
The app does everything we need it to do, is easy to use, and is great to find general information on properties and agents. It would be more helpful to have filters that allow to search for HOA due amounts and a car/transit commuter score.
Dark map, lots of crashing
The transition to a dark map is makes the app much less appealing to use and harder to pull information from the graphical interface (this is probably why no map app uses black or dark gray to represent land or water). Similarly Zillow and Redfin use conventional colors for a very good reason. This introduces unnecessary unfamiliarity to the app where standard conventions of white, green, blue work very well. Adding to this, the app crashes when settings are modified. For example setting a different date range crashes on my iPhone 10 with latest OS. It was never a fantastic app, but I’d always hoped that the next upgrade would bring it closer to industry standards like Redfin or Zillow, not into a clunky and inscrutable dark mush.
