It’s been better.
The Nearby Requests map disappeared as an option.
Does not support iOS 14
This is unfortunate that your app doesn’t support iOS 14.Even prior to this release the app was in dire need of an update. The GUI is outdated as the function of the app is clunky. It needs to have support for Sign In with Apple. Please update the app or I will contact Rancho Cordova and let them know they aren’t getting what they’re paying for.
Great City Response
I have used this app many times to report issues like illegal dumping and traffic lights that need to be reprogrammed. This app has helped tremendously. The city has done a great job of responding to my request. Thank you for maki g this process so simple.
Does not work on iPad
Will not sign in on ipad. Now iPhone will not log in either
Description
Citizens in Rancho Cordova can quickly and easily submit a service request using mobile devices or the City’s website. Requests cover everything from potholes to barking dogs to general inquiries. City staff will receive your request and provide status updates until your request has been resolved.
