For expats

Beware if you foreigner trying to rent an apartment, they will not approve you. You will waste your time looking at apartments only to be denied because you don’t have credit in Brazil. We have more than enough monthly salary and credit in the USA to be approved! Very frustrating!

Não permite visitas sem acompanhamento

Como um aplicativo / empresa imobiliária que se propõe a facilitar a venda ou locação de imóveis através de interações virtuais ou por aplicativo não permite que vc faça o cadastro do seu imóvel se não houver alguém para acompanhar o corretor durante as visitas?Moro num local diferente de onde fica minha casa... como conseguiria acompanhar todas as visitas?

Surdos Mudos Cegos

Tentar falar com o Quinto Andar é igual consultar um Oráculo distante. Você nunca recebe atendimento direto, nunca falam com você, o e-mail não funciona, quando alguém responde é um empurra empurra onde um funcionário passa seu caso para outro, o chat do aplicativo não resolve M* nenhuma. Sugiro que o nome do Quinto Andar mude para Quinto dos Infernos!
