Recent update is messed up!
I never had an issue with the performance of this app until yesterday when I clicked on the update button in the app. When I try to log in, the app flashes between multiple pages and goes back to the log in screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times with same outcome. I cannot get logged in at all.
Great, for the most part
There are categories I didn’t know I’d love but are incredibly helpful. One improvement I’d love to see is to let me see all autoship orders through the whole month. Right now Pulse will release only through a certain date and update closer to other autoship dates. For planning purposes, I would like to see everyone shipping in the month the whole month.

Confused
The app is very helpful but constantly freezes or asks for my ID and then says it’s not correct . Gets very frustrating when I am working with a customer or consultant .

Don’t waste space on your phone
Absolutely does not work, would give negative stars if I could. I have not been able to log in 3 months running and have reported it. Never recognizes the password even though I have changed it for all three months. I just end up using safari to the actual site, and guess what, the password works there. Even when I could get in before that it is not user friendly. Yes, I have reported it. No, nothing resulted from multiple surveys saying the same. Just use the internet, save space on your phone.
