Editing is great, keeps crashing though

I do love this app, the presets and editing itself is great. The app worked flawlessly for me at first so I went ahead and spent $21 on a subscription.Well now the app won’t even open, it just crashes. No photos are uploaded in it and even when I reinstall it it keeps crashing. If I do happen to get it to open, the photos won’t upload into it like they used to. I would love for this to be fixed so I can actually continue editing photos and use the app I spent a chunk of money on.

Truly great photo editing app

I really love this app! I think it goes far and above the other preset apps on the App Store. My only gripe about it is that it doesn’t save your photos’ EXIF information (date, time, location, etc.). This is a problem because it saves photos out of sequence in your camera roll and you lose valuable information about the photo. Hopefully the creators of Presco will change this soon! Other than that, I really appreciate this app and I’m super glad I found it.

Can’t move past subscription screen

I was so happy with this app, paid for the yearly membership and everything. Then, it just started acting crazy. I couldn’t import pics, it was freezing, heck it wouldn’t even let me open it. So, I deleted the app and tried to redownload it. Now, it’s stuck on the subscription screen and tells me my email is already tied to an account. It won’t allow me to move beyond this screen even though I’m using the same email and password I used to create the account. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a response. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. I wish I had read them before paying for the membership. Very disappointed. It was great for the couple of months that it worked.

Would give it 5, but it crashes ALOT

It’s great because it has numerous feed presets to choose from especially if you like to mix it up a lot and I bought the full 1 year package. HOWEVER, lately it has been crashing a lot when I try to open it which has really been irritating me and very aggravating since I paid for the app and literally every other app on my phone is free and works perfectly fine and they don’t crash...!

Unbelievable behavior from a company

I’ve been paying for presco and it never works, full of bugs so I haven’t used it in months, I stupidly paid for the yearly subscription now they won’t let me unsubscribe. First, they removed the unsubscribed button from iPhone settings (so sketchy). Second, there customer service email on their terms of service last updated August 2018 is a fake! It bounces back!! Third, the forgot my password request where they supposedly send you an email doesn’t work! This is a basic feature!! So despite all my attempts they won’t even send me the link to reset my password so I can try to unsubscribe from the app. Now I’m stuck paying yearly!! This should be ILLEGAL. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

No contact info

I have been using this app for 4 months. It was great for some photos. Nothing seemed outstandingly great app the app. It’s like the others I’ve used in the past. I paid for a year of subscription and now it’s not working properly. I’ve tried customer support two different ways. The email doesn’t work. All I got was mail delivery problem. Then through the App Store support. It takes you to a page that only shows you what the features of the app are. No other buttons to click to get you to any support. No email or message place. Nothing. So now I feel swindled for the money I paid. Four an app that doesn’t work properly and can’t get support. Not only that, I tried loving it odd the app to restart it. To see if I can fix the problem. Now...I can’t get back into the app. Now I can’t reset my password because it is failing to do that. Very very disappointed. If you don’t want to waste your money on a disappointing app... don’t get this one.

Great presets but bugs

I love the preset I use because of this app! I don’t know if I uploaded too many pictures on there but every time I try to open it, it crashes/won’t open.It’s hard because I did so much work going through a bunch of pictures - uploading and editing them - and I was going to save them all at once, but I haven’t saved them yet and I might lose all the work I did because the app won’t open.Last time this happened I deleted and re-downloaded the app which worked, but I lost all the photos I had edited. I don’t want to loose them again. Next time I’ll save them right away but I just wish it would stop crashing so I could do that.If there is a certain amount of pictures the app can’t handle, I wish they’d have a limit in the feed so that I would know how many I can upload without it crashing

I can’t access my yearly subscriptions any more

I only use this app to fix up my photos, but after it crashed on me for a while I got impatient and deleted it. Then download it again, only I logged in and I couldn’t access the app since it went straight to the cost page, when I tapped to pay a yearly subscriptions AGAIN, it said I can’t because my old yearly subscriptions is still going for another 6 months (this is frustrating)!

Disappointed

There’s no “IF you choose to download Presco Premium”... It’s actually the only option. I was told by another business owner on Instagram this was a free app to check out & looking through it, it is also deceiving because AFTER it made me give up my email address, it’s wanting me to try their “free offer” of their Premium Presco & then pay after my 7 day trial. There is NO option other than that & no way out of the app other than to close it out. So unless you’re willing to just pay for the monthly Premium Presco app, than don’t even waste your phones memory.

A Genuine Top Favorite

This app is a fantastic value, with many appealing subscription options.I honestly haven't ever gotten bored or tired of this app since it's release in late 2018.Any photographer can utilize this app, and it's very user-friendly.UI is clean and loading times are close to nothing, especially for such high quality end results.I currently have (Probably) at least 25-30 Favorite filters/effects- BUT, I myself, am extremely picky.I have literally had no real issues, and my customer support experiences were extremely positive.I am an avid blogger, artist, writer and (Until COVID-19) a passionate photographer-This app has provided way more for me than most apps (Paid OR Free) ever have.The only competition I can really think of are (MAYBE A FEW) other apps made byBillion/Multi-Billion dollar businesses, or very well-known brands.
