Their customer service is incredible

Laurent got me through a frustrating ordeal when it came to moving 800 hours of data from an old phone on a different app on to theirs. Okay now the app. I play a good amount of poker and this app is intuitive, it’s got a beautiful interface, and it’s simply well made w support from developers it looks like. Im not gonna name the app but I stopped using them because they simply stopped developing and supporting their app. This is the only app you’ll ever need when it come to keeping accurate records. Im sold on the app. Im sold on the team

Great App and excellent support

I love this app. I have been playing for many years and always took a small note pad to record my play, then I would input the results into my computer. This is so much simpler and give you more information. You just hit start and put in your buy in and any rebuys, when your done you hit stop and put in the amount you cash out. You can also track your tips and make your own fields to track whatever you want. I do jackpots and card player transactions. I think this is well worth the price. You get what you pay for. And the support is very good, a couple of times I have contacted them and they always got back to me within a short time with the correct answers.

Best poker tracking app

I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to keep track of their poker play. It not only tracks your winnings, losses by date, place, day, time of day etc. you can also enter information about other players. If you have any suggestions the developer immediately responds to you - which in my experience with other apps is very rare. There is a yearly charge of $30 for the app but you not only get the best poker tracking device out there; but, if you have any suggestions to improve the app the developer is responsive and willing to make changes to the app to incorporate your suggestions. And all this for $30 a year. A bargain in my book. GAM

Best Tracker App for Cash Games

I’ve been using this app for quite awhile now. It’s probably the best on the market if you are serious about tracking your poker performance (e.g., hourly earnings). The user interface is smooth and visually appealing. They’ve just added some enhancements like manual entry of blinds, a feature request I submitted awhile back (this sprint tells me the product development team really understands and listens to their users). Customer service is top notch. I ran into a data import issue once and their support team provided prompt guidance and resolution. Don’t be deterred by the relatively high annual subscription price…it is worth every penny for what you get.

Comprehensive app with great support

I have been using this app for about a month now. The customer service and support is top notch. They converted my data from another app into a file that would work with this one so I could import all of my old sessions. The data crunching options are so comprehensive that it’s actually intimidating. But the support is always quick to reply with answers. While the learning curve on creating custom reports for stats and data is a bit more than the other poker tracking apps, it’s well worth it in the long run. The hand replay feature is also a very nice touch. They say they have plans to make button straddles an option soon and once that is implemented I will use it even more.

Best Poker Tracking App

I track all of my cash and tournament results and had been using a basic app for the past few years. A friend recommended PA6 so I decided to try it. It is light years ahead of the app I had been using in terms of design and functionality. There is an annual fee for all of its robust features but it’s well worth it - basically one RFI bet! If you don’t currently track every session and know your true winrate you are fooling yourself. You need to understand how well you play if you’re going to get better at poker. PA6 has great hand sharing options to allow you to share hand histories with poker friends and get feedback. I did have issues when trying to export my past 3-4 years of histories from the app I was using and import them into PA6. I emailed the company and Laurent replied right away and helped me get it working. Great app, great company, great support.

Buggy with limited functionality

This app has some serious data flaws. If you drill down in the overview into your cash or tournament results, it shows both sets of data combined. So you can’t view just cash results or just tournament results. At the end of the day, I want to be able to drill down and know what kind of tournaments I do best or which stakes and locations I make the most $/hr.The custom reports are also buggy. The final filter is a mash up of my locations and tournament types. I thought maybe I had enter something wrong, but I checked my settings and my locations and tournament types are correctly entered. So this function does not work properly either. If you’re looking for an app to input results and see a high level overview, this app will do that. But there are also other free apps that do that too, not to mention you can easily do this in Excel too. But if you want an app that allows you to analyze your data, this app is deeply flawed.I’ve requested a refund, and I’m migrating my data over to Poker Bankroll Tracker. While it’s the most functional of the six different apps I tried, it too is still limited. So I think the best option in the long-term is to log entries into Excel where a simple Pivot Table will tell me what type of games, at which locations and times I profit the most. Next to knowing whether you are winning or losing, isn’t that the singe lost import piece of data any poker wants?

Way too expensive

This app might be the best, I actually really like it. I won't pay for it though as there are many apps that do the exact same thing for a lot less. I understand you're going to tell me it's the only way to support your updates but I don't see it that way. I'd pay a fee for each individual update but your model leaves a bad taste. Even worse is the fact that I'm not alone in this opinion but you keep harping on why your idea is better. Perhaps listen to the potential business you're losing and offer another way to pay for your wonderful app that doesnt ask me to keep reaching in my pocket unless there's something worth paying for.

Great App If You Can Get Past The Price

I’ve used this app many times over the last few years and it continues to improve. I hate how expensive it is and after my first year in 2016 expired, I didn’t renew. I decided to give it another try and I ended up subscribing again. If you can get past the price tag, it’s a great poker statistics app. I use this app as well as another one and I feel like they are tied in terms of features. However, for me, this one just has a cleaner look and feel. Another thing is, the developer is very responsive. I have reached out on several occasions with suggestions and bug reports and I’ve always gotten a reply back with fixes shortly after. While I hate how much it costs, the customer service almost makes up for it.

Great Poker tracking app!

I’ve only been using the app for a few days but I’m extremely impressed with this app. It’s layout is super clean and is very easy to use unlike the complicated layouts that many other poker tracking apps have. You can also export hand histories as videos which is a very cool feature that many other apps don’t have. Overall it has an amazing layout and many stats to help you understand yourself and your opponents at the poker table. A must download for a poker player! However there are a few improvements that I would love to see:1. Adding dates to hand history. There’s a few hands that I would like to organize by date that happened a while ago but there is currently no setting to do so. 2. Add a time spent feature that bypasses the current timer system. When I go back to add a previous session the timer says I’ve been playing for a ton of hours or 0 hours and it messes up the hourly rates. If you could add these two features it would be awesome!
