Nice UI but loses connection

The graphics and UI are very good but it loses connection causing you to default on your game. So while the app cannot be trusted I'm sticking with Chess.com

Crashes

I went to make an account and it just crashed. Tried restarting but can’t play until I make an account and it keeps crashing.

Still Broken

Any rematch: Can’t make even a single move. Every game therefore aborts. Also: even first game, where moves go though, they are very hard to make and take too long to go through. I can play 1+0 on lichess, but in this app, even 2+0 I flag every time. Also: when premoving, app plays move sounds like 4 times… Please fix. Edit: puzzles have no sounds.

Terrible App

The app crashes constantly, the time control is inaccurate, there are no premove options, it’s terribly annoying to try to find a game as only 0-4 total players are ever in the lobby, lack of players leads to meaningless ratings so you have 900’s that are playing at 1800-2000 level, also poor cheat detection and no report options. All around terrible experience; I can’t believe I paid to try to get an arena title through this potato of an app. Would highly NOT recommend.

App Crashes

I am unable to open app anymore. The app opens and then immediately crashes and bounces me out. I paid good money for this yearly subscription but I want my money back if the app won’t work.

Good, but drains battery fast

I haven’t experienced the app crashing that everyone else seems to be mentioning. However, I’ve noticed this App drains the battery of my iPad incredibly quickly. 47 minutes of playing and I lost nearly 20% of my battery.That’s more than any other game I have played on my iPad. Definitely unexpected behavior from a Chess app.
