Ok
Biggest problem I have with this app is sometimes it doesn’t show the menu at all. Lucky I am just reordering the drink I always drink. Would be nice to have app more user friendly.
Horrible time drain
Doesn’t take the coupons those come from Indiv stores doesn’t take working credit cards either .

This app is great! I like to place my order ahead of time and they always have my smoothie ready when I walk in the door! Quick and easy to use!

This app is just terrible. For sure no. Don’t even bother downloading. Seriously. Seeing it in your recently downloaded will just take you back to a time when you remember you actually wasted moments of your life you will NEVER get back. Spare yourself the agony.
Terrible App
Downloaded the app and tried to create an account. Unfortunately the only things you can fill in are your email, first and last name. Won’t let you put in a password, therefore you’re unable to create an account. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Don’t get what I order in line
When I order on line, I never know what smoothie I’m going to get. Different every time.

I can’t believe I just wasted 10 minutes of my life trying to navigate this worthless app. After I read the sorry reviews about how bad it was. It’s total my fault, but shame on Planet Fitness for putting out such a terrible app.
What’s the point?!
App does not offer order ahead option. The app does not provide any additional content that you can’t access online via Google search.

Very easy to use app don’t have to sign in just order and get it at the closest planet smoothie near you.
