Love the app but couple flaws

I love this app. Any other app will give you just a few free pictures, this one is all free. I’ll be on here for hours. There is couple issues, the ads. You just can not get away from them. You accidentally back out of the picture, ad. Finish the picture, ad, exit in and out of the app, ad. If you could really try to tone it down with the ads, that will be great. You can’t even exit out without having to “play” the ad for a while before exiting. Another issue is when you are in the picture, the back arrow that lets you out of the picture is hard to see sometimes so you click on that to get out on accident. I hope you can make it a little more noticeable. Other than these two issue, I really do like this app and I hope you can keep giving more pictures to do.

Good App But Has Issues

I like this coloring app for the most part. What makes me mad is for the last hour I’ve been coloring away. I go out of it for a few minutes and when I come back 8 out of the 12 pictures I colored are no longer colored anymore. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this app either. But this time was the worse. Another thing I wish was different is that when I was done coloring a number that it would show that I have colored all of that number and it’s done. And last, I wish that once you have colored a number right it can’t be changed. I get all of one number done and then I accidentally hit it with another color and then I have to go back and fix it. It should stay the right color. But these last few suggestions are minor compared to loosing all your work.

Update made it worse

I loved this app! Loved how it had a wide selection of pictures, simple and complicated; how you could easily drag to color a line or clump of squares; and especially how there were no "premium" pictures. The update made it so you can "paint bucket" a color for a very large chunk of squares. The one thing I don't like now with the new update is that now there is the premium option.This is probably the one reason why I chose to download Pixelmania over other color-by-number apps. Making premium options just puts Pixelmania at the same level as competitors: "give us your money so you can have more pictures to color!" I had this app for a long time, but when I found this out, I deleted it to try to find another app without premium features; I doubted this so highly I didn't even try. You could at least do a thing where when you complete a picture, you get however many coins depending on the complexity of the picture. Then the pictures that are now premium could cost however many coins. This would be a really cool feature for a future update or to replace premium. Thank you for your time.

This app is amazing

I love this app more than the other color by number apps for a couple of reasons. One, everything is free. I tried several other apps like this one, and you have about half the pictures you can color before you have to pay money. This app has probably hundreds of pictures, and you can do them all without paying anything. Two, there is a variety of pictures you can color. Some are super easy, some are hard. There are also pictures ranging from unicorns to telephones to police men. There are some things that can be added to make this app better. One, categorize the pictures! Yes, there is a variety and yes, there are hundreds of pictures. I could be looking for something specific to color and have to look through all the pictures. Also, another one of the coloring apps has a special column that shows every picture you have colored. Is it possible to add something like that to the app? Third, it would be so nice if this app could some how tell you when you have finished coloring all the squares with a certain number on it. Say I am coloring squares with number 2. I think I am done with every square, but I don’t really know. I also don’t want to go through the whole picture looking for number 2s. Maybe a check mark can show up on the little circle at the bottom, telling me that I am finished with my 2s and can move onto 3s.

Freezes but it’s workable

I have a iPhone 6s Plus and enjoy playing this game. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the bigger pictures want to freeze in the middle of doing them and you have to wait for a little bit for them to unfreeze. With the new updates I have pictures I know I colored and then they lost all the color and I had to redo them, also with that I am working on the face of a cat and it has a lot of colors in it. I had stop half way through last night and when I went back to color some more on it this morning half of the color that was already done was gone. This would make the 3rd time of having to try to recolor this cat.

Disappointed that they now have subscriptions

I got this app because it was the only one of its kind that I could find that didn’t require a subscription to access all their pictures. I was enjoying it very much. It is fun and relaxing, and quite nicely done. But I was disappointed that they have recently added a subscription. Yes there are still some free pictures, but you can’t access half of the pictures unless you pay for a subscription. Now they are just like all the others out there, and actually look to be inferior to many of them in overall gameplay. What a pity! I mean, coloring pictures is fun and relaxing, but I don’t want to pay an ongoing fee for it. I might pay a one-time fee, I would understand that, but why the subscription? How hard can it be to maintain a simple game like this? I have enough monthly bills to pay for without adding another just to color pictures.

Inferior to competitors

This app has a lot of ways in which it can not compete with the many other colouring apps available, the most obnoxious of which being that unlike the rest, it does not tell you when you have finished all the pixels of a certain colour, which is especially irritating when you’re colouring a large and detailed picture. It also does not have any categories in the main menu, making it exasperating to find anything. There is also an excessive amount of ads, which makes everything very frustrating. I stayed loyal to Pixelmania for many months despite of these flaws because it had one thing that made it stick out amongst its competitors: every single picture was free and accessible without a costly subscription. However, its one redeeming characteristic was wiped away in Version 2.2.1, when Pixelmania Premium was introduced. Now even its premium option is worse than its competitors’, and there is practically nothing available for free. I am quite disappointed.

This app is cool but not quite

This app is cool but not quite their are waaaaayyy to many adds! Theirs a ad when you go on Pixelmania, leave it for a little, and when you finish coloring. That’s why this app gets 2 stars. I don’t like this game. I wish you would get ride of all the ads. Oh and Pixelmania if you are reading this, ABSOLUTELY GET RID OF THE ADDS!!!!!! Please okay, I yell when I get mad........but still get rid of the ads immediately! And while your at it please don’t do copy’s of other games, I have this game called Rized. And then one day this ad came up, Then it showed more coloring. I screamed my head off. And once I got it, they had almost the exact same pictures as Rized did. So please get rid of same pictures and ads!!!!!! Ads is the most important to get out! I don’t really care about the same pictures. I mostly care about how many ads their are. And for now on I’m deleting Pixelmania! Right this instant....... but first I need to finish. BUT I have a lot of questions. Why are their so many ads?_______________________ Why does Pixelmania have almost the exact same pictures? _________________ Are you gonna get rid of ads?_________ see I told you I hade many questions. Well anyway..........Please get rid of ads..... thank you:)

Only have one ‘problem’

I like this app. The only problem I have is that after a number is colored, if you cross over it again it comes uncolored and you have to do it again. I find this a bit annoying. I have used other coloring apps that don’t do this. After a tile is colored it should stay colored. Sometimes I like to tap each tile for the detailed ones but if there is a bunch together I like to ‘color’ them not tap them worrying that I don’t undo another tile. Yes there are a lot of ads but I can deal with those bc that keeps the free pictures available without having to pay for the subscription. I will not pay for a subscription as long as the tiles keep coming undone. That’s not relaxing to me. Coloring is meant to be relaxing for adults.

OK game I guess

This game was on an ad I saw while playing Color Therapy. (Ps totally recommend this app) On the ad it said this, “All colorings free!” I got excited because all of the pixel art games I have have some drawing I can’t access without paying, so I downloaded it. I’ve had it for about one or two months now, and it doesn’t work properly. When I tried the game the first time, it kicked me out! I tried again but it kicked me out once more. So finally I shut off my phone completely and when I got back on, the app had disappeared for the folder!!! So I went to the App Store and it was there. I also gave a problem with ads. EVERY TIME I GO ON THERE IS AN AD!!!! It’s so frustrating! So that’s why I deleted this app for about a week. Then I got it again and when I tried to color a picture it said, “Membership required” I thought all the pics where free! This app is fine other than that.
