Unclear UX, Alien Results, Shady Billing

Followed their instructions and got a very disproportionate, creepy version of myself (imagine tongue texture lips and your eye not to scale). Used the chat and in about 2 days they got back to me with “tips” for how to get better results. Tips were a mix of good feedback and contradictions like “pictures should be accordingly cropped” then “avoid cropped photos…” Next they told me to try again. I said I didn’t want to spend another $15 given the result. So they gave me “credits” to try again, told me to go through the whole process, then at then end tried to charge me all over. Still won’t tell me what a credit is worth or the cost upfront. Zero transparency, no result, bad sad all around.

DO NOT BUY

I followed all of the instructions for the photo submission and the photos I got back were completely unusable. The photos that did share some of my features are completely distorted and do not look human. There are a few photos that do look like they could be a person but it seems like they just mix in a few stock photos of people with your same hair color. This is a COMPLETE waste of money and time. Also, even if the faces in the pictures were usable, many of the “professional headshots” have far too much cleavage to be used in a professional context.

Some were spot on some bordered on hilarious

So given that some of the pictures I submitted weren’t the best quality or were at an angle this app did extremely well. If I could do it over again I would send clearer pictures and facing directly at the camera. Overall I think some looked a bit fake but I got some good headshots for my LinkedIn!

Not good at all.

I provided 12 photos, each was a headshot and very clear and quality to view minute details of my facial features. It said one in three photos should resemble me. Of the 150 photos generated, not a single one looked even close to resembling me. On top of that, you try to contact anyone to discuss the photos, and they are unreachable at 11:00am CST. I understand $15 is not much, but I’m not able to use a single photo I paid for. I would be willing to increase the review rating if given a full refund. Their app says if not happy with the results to contact them and they would resolve the issue, we will see what that looks like.

Images looked nothing like me, refused to give refund that was promised

After following the instructions given and reading on the App “if you're not satisfied with the results, simply reach out to us in the Chat and we'll ensure that vou're taken care of” I was not satisfied, but received back that “it is not possible to withdrawal, exchange, return or cancel the product”. Poor product, and the false promises of satisfaction guaranteed when it is in fact not guaranteed at all. I do not recommend using this application.

Easy and accurate

The photos turned out beautiful! Saved me the expense and time on having professional photos taken. Out of 100 generated images there may have been 10 that don’t quite look like me. I have more than enough for my online presence. So easy!!

Regarding My Experience with the App

I paid for this service and followed the instructions by submitting 14 photos, but the results were completely different – showing another person in suits. I attempted to contact the app, but there was no response for several days. This experience has left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend this app. I believe in genuine and trustworthy services, and it's disheartening when they fall short of those expectations.

alarming

Don’t pay $15 for pictures that don’t look like you. All of the images generated looked slightly like me, but definitely nothing that looked enough like me that I could use it outside of the app. They all make you look like 30% more beautiful than you are - which is weird because I don’t need a professional headshot where I look more beautiful than I am in real life, I need a photo that looks like me. The app also says they’ll give you your money back but then after inquiring they went silent. Zero stars!

Deceptive Advertising & Unusable Photos

I followed all the instructions however my photos were not usable. Many of them had random pixelated white streaks over my face / hair. Many of them did not even look like me, or had a very cartoon-like appearance. Many of them my eyes were not even positioned normally (cross-eyed, inverse cross eyed, etc). I think out of all of the photos only 1-2 had some resemblance of me but still were not good enough to post. Definitely do not recommend this app to anyone. Would appreciate a refund.
