Free trial????

Said you get a free trial and have up to a week to cancel I immediately canceled within 10 minutes of downloading the app because it wasn’t for me however they’re quick enough to charge you and won’t give me my refund back which I should never have been charged for .scammers

This is a scam!

Less than one star. Total rip off !! The app would not show me the enhanced photo until I paid. After I paid, it did nothing to my original photo. I tried to other photos and again it did not work. This is the biggest rip off and I’m going to report it. I knew better. I should’ve trusted my gut.

DISAPPOINTING - it is more a scam

The app does not give a trial option and offers $7 per week or 19 per year subscription, (no refunding clause) So you choose what it looks better.Then, once they got you, you start “fixing” the pictures and a blue line mimics a scan-repairing process but NOTHING improves, it just gives you an identical picture to original.Im very frustrated with this app and company: Notion labs and this app (photostory).It does not worth to be rated… and the only reason I write this review is because they stoled almost $20 to me and I wish other users don't get scamed.

Do not buy! What a waste of money! 🛑

I would give this app a zero if there was one. I tried several old photos and IF it worked, it did absolutely nothing to enhance or improve the photo. In fact, with every photo, the original was better than what this app did. The app also didn’t work all the time and it’s very glitchy. At times, I had to wait several minutes and nothing happened so I’d give up! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This app is horrible!!!😠

This app is horrible!!! I received a picture from my aunt that lives in Mexico, in the photo was my grandparents (who have passed away) and my self at age 3, I’m 40 now and don’t have ANY pictures of my childhood so this is a piece of treasure to me, so I hoped to make it at least a bit more clear but unfortunately this app only made it more fussy none of the aplications that come with the app helped at all I actually was able to do more with my phone, what a waste of money for $7.99 a week I was hoping for something better how sad and disappointing 😔

At least, let me see if it would work

I don’t know why you would want to charge someone to at least look at the picture and blurred to see if it would work. But I want to charge you first that don’t make any sense you will be getting my money and anybody who didn’t give you the money first may just be desperate but I’m not.

Waste of money… $7.99 to find out..

It doesn’t work on cleaning up old photos at all. Uses a visual illusion while you wait to make you think it’s changing but when compared against the original, there is NO change at all.

Doesn’t work

I paid the $7.99 it asked for before I could even try it. I paid for it and then it didn’t work. There is nowhere in the settings to unsubscribe from it. I have to figure out how to delete and not get charged for it.
