A skincare junkies dream
I have had this app for 8 months and although some of the changes I’m not a fan of.. things are growing on me. I do appreciate a community of skincare lovers that will help with questions. I like that all products have ingredients list so you can see exactly what’s good and bad for your skin type. You can tell picky creators put a lot of work into this app and over all I do like it and do use it everyday for various reasons.

I randomly found picky on a reddit post. I believe the developer of the app had just launched and I downloaded it early on while it was still brand new. I was impressed that picky leaned more towards asian skincare, since it’s hard to find reliable information. In the US, I don’t know anyone who uses asian skincare and I was curious to learn more. I’ve utilized the Q&A feature more times than I’d like to admit, but I love learning about skincare and all things skincare! I’m not sure if others notice, but picky has skincare experts and a dermatologist answer questions as well! It’s so cool to see them involved. Im also forever grateful that I’ve been picked as a reviewer for their products. Everyone has the chance to enter their product review giveaways based on a point system which is so unique. I’m still in University so I can’t always splurge on the nicest or most expensive skincare, so to get this opportunity is something I’ll never take for granted. Thanks picky :)
Perfect App For Skincare Suggestion!
Out of all of the apps that I’ve tried this one is a really unique because not only does it help you choose products that’s meant for your skin it also shows you the ingredients that are OK for your skin type gives you recommendations and if you don’t see a product that you have you can always request one and they will get back to you 1 to 3 days and you can also ask advice and this community is super kind and really helpful and always giving out amazing advice! There are also giveaways to attend for helping out other people and reviewing products and always using this app daily. - I have no complaints at all and I hope they keep up the amazing work!!
Needs work
I totally love the concept behind this app but it needs work. The accuracy of ingredients is lacking. I’m finding products with ingredients listed on this app that are not actually in the product. For example, the app told me one product contains an ingredient bad for my skin type- salicylic acid- but when I looked up the ingredient for the product on the brands website, it does not have salicylic acid in it. I also don’t like that it doesn’t allow for combination skin. Your options on this app are either dry or oily, and with the subtypes sensitive or resilient. Finally, I could be mistaken but I thought I saw the same products listed multiple times when searching.
Good but could use some additions
I’m so glad I got this app to figure out what was wrong with my skincare routine. I didn’t understand much from watching videos or reading blogs, but this app really breaks down ingredients and if it’s good for your skin. I just wish they had an option for combination/sensitive skin. It has me listed as Oily/Sensitive and the products I got because of that haven’t been working the best. I know it’s hard with that added skin type but I would really love to see what my options are. Most people review combo or sensitive separately, but never together. It’s very strange. I’d also love to see more body sunscreens or lotions reviewed as well, but I’m sure as the skincare world grows that can be added over time. Overall it’s been extremely informative!
Great skincare community
I first found out about this app through Facebook. I originally was interested to look up ingredients found in skincare products. I didn’t think I would be using this app daily or participating in skincare discussions every day. But now I use it daily to ask questions about skincare product recommendations and to get feedback on my skincare routine. I like to post product reviews and I can read other honest reviews before purchasing a product from a community of people who know more about skincare ingredients. The more you participate in the app the more likely it is that you could win one of their giveaways. I have won a couple so far and it’s very exciting. They also have skincare experts in the app that post advice. It’s just a great place to talk about skincare and products that actually work and are worth the time and money. The more time I spend in the app the more I’m learning about how to take care of my skin. I have really liked the recent updates to the app and hope that more are rolled out.
Picky Is Pleasingly Easy!
In the spirit of honesty I'm very new to Picky & haven't had the opportunity to fully explore or but to the test 😜 However after about 45 minutes of looking around & literally falling into thousands of points I can honestly say I think I'm going to like it here! 😋 The points seem amazingly easy to earn, just browse, read reviews, watch videos,like, leave comments, write your own reviews, follow other members & share a personal link to your friends & followers for big points. Trade your points for products...Easy Peasy! See you there!
Absolutely fantastic.
This app has taken over my life haha in the most positive way! I love skin care and being able to talk to other that love it just as much is AMAZING!! I use it more than FB and Insta sometimes haha. Anyways, you can look up skincare on the app to see if it’s good for your skin, it’ll give you details on ingredients as well. There’s “Picky Points” that you can earn by reviewing products and based on the type of review (description/photo/video) you can earn more and more points. Liking and commenting on others posts will earn you points too! You can redeem the points for active giveaways they have listed in the events sections and then they have a coupon section for brands redeemable with points too! Overall 10/10 app, I won a ton of giveaways and my skincare is always up to date on the hottest Korean Skin Care ❤️✨🎉

Picky is a great skincare community app for any skincare lover or beginner in skincare. There’s really no app I’ve seen like it, and it’s so useful to find skincare products for any concerns as there’s so many users who love to help others on their skincare journey. There’s such a great community, and I definitely recommend anybody new to skincare to use this app. You can find almost any skincare product on the market and look at in-depth reviews from the community to see which product is best for you. Picky even holds giveaways, so even if you can’t exactly buy skincare all the time to review, everybody still has a chance to try out amazing products :) I’m always recommending this app to any friends and family I can who I know are getting into skincare ❤️
A MUST for any skincare journey.
No matter where you are on your skincare journey, Picky provides so much for those just starting to those who have had a 10-step routine for years! One of the coolest features of the app is the ability to make a skin profile which allows your to “match” up with thousands of products in their directory. You can find products from all across the world but I believe the app thrives with asian skincare (which is exciting to me). Sometimes it’s hard to find accurate information on brands and products by just googling them, but I’ve been able to have questions answered and many reviews to read about any product I’ve been curious about. Finally, the developer team is so responsive and they listen to their audience! I truly believe they care about making this app the best it can be and I love how they ask us for what we’d like to see in the next version of the app!
