Based on the description it seemed like there was some potential, but it is very finicky with what it accepts as 3D and what it doesn’t, and the end results is flat mixed with broken up layers. All you can do is swipe it left and right. There is no zoom, there’s just a depth slider that lets you control the terrible depth data layers distance from each other. Also, there’s no way to save the image, and if you accidentally tap the screen, it goes back to the camera mode. Not recommended for any use unfortunately.
Convert portrait photographs into 3D visualizations with adjustable depths. Photo Window supports any of the following sources: * Photo Gallery portrait images * TrueDepth front camera * Dual back camera * Triple back camera If the image contains depth data, Photo Window slices that image into 100 adjustable depth layers. These layers can then rotated 360 degrees, as if the device's screen is a window into the scene where that photo was originally captured.
