Very good
I've had this app for a while and I really appreciate it. It actually gives you a number of filters complimentary and it's very easy to manage. The allowable filters before you purchase are mostly nice. I recommend it.
Sloppy coding, bad business Model
make an app with some really cool features, then because you have NO faith in your audience cause that app to annoy the **** out of your desired customer, causing said customer to lose data they are trying to post and then expect good word of mouth? NOT sure that was the best plan. yes the app has some potential, the annoying ads will make you want to delete this app. ANd the app WILL lose whatever you are attempting to post so don't post from within the app, save your pics exit sketch and post straight to Twitter or fb.
Love it! But
I wish the filters didn't put such a prominent glow around the images. If the glow feature must be there, I wish it was at least possible to have a slide bar to dim it down as needed. I also wish I was able to choose the resolution and file type before saving. Otherwise I would give 5 stars, its a really great app overall! Awesome filters. Definitely worth downloading.
It's good but...
I really like the effects you can put on your photos...however...they don't give you the filter they use for the advertisement! That's the look I want! I don't want to go pay no $3.99! And I wish you could adjust the filter intensity. That would make it a heck lot better
Wonder App
This is honestly the best app I've seen in a few years. The quality and effect it allows you to give your photos are absolutely amazing. It is such a cool app I wouldn't recommend anything else but this. My favorite one by far and probably always will be!(:
This Would Be Great Except Rendering
I loved this app when I installed several years ago. In fact I enjoyed it so much that I paid to unlock all of the filters. The biggest problem is that when I attempt to use some of them it keeps trying to render the photo without success. This has been especially true today since I am working on a blog post and this app would have helped me a great deal. Please issue an update to resolve this matter.
Made quick work of converting photos into line drawings
It was not hard to learn how to do what I wanted to do.Don't depend on it too much though. Suddenly, pictures that I wanted to work on did not appear in the finder.Now what? I looked all over the App Store to find a similar effect so that I could continue my project. Nothing matches.So, do I start over? I read other reviews that mentioned free effects for giving 5 stars. So, I came back in here and upgraded my rating to see if this helped anything.
It's good but...
But when it comes to making realistic drawing pictures the movement of the marks of "pencil" are not the direction that they need to be going they only go to one side with this app but they should be going in different directions to make it more realistic for the people who use it to make it look like they drew the picture (me).
Splash Party!!!
The first time I tried it, I was so annoyed with the pop up ads, I was ready to ditch the app. I started thinking if everyone else was giving it a high rating there must be something to the app. I was glad they allowed you to explain why you didn't like the ads. Then I started playing with the splashes on my photos wa-lah! It was so cool!! I love it! Even tho there was a cost for more splashes it was worth it.
Surprisingly very VERY sharp
This has a really good "photo-to-drawing" filter I did not expect to find. Was very pleased with the quality of the basic "color" drawing and "black and white" drawing. I would've given it more than 3 stars if this app had more to offer than those two options. Great detail on those filters, but those filters minus no adjustment sliders for contrast or line width on the transition options keeps this app from being more.
