Was not able to straighten a photo, wish I could have tried it before I bought it.
This app is disappointing, especially considering it's not free. I thought it was something it wasn't, but you can't learn that until you pay for it. 🤷‍♂️The right way to do perspective correction is to align each corner handle of the rectangular guide to the corresponding corner of something in the image that should be a perfect rectangle and then let the app perform the transformation that would make all edges of the rectangular guide perfectly vertical or horizontal. (AKA "source" mode perspective correction.)This app, on the other hand, does the opposite: you move the guide handles and it stretches and distorts the image proportionally. (AKA "destination" mode.) This interaction style is far more difficult to get the alignment right, especially when the app doesn't provide a good reference grid for comparison while distorting things.
I thought this would be the best for distorting an image like photoshop: to take two images and corner drag, align an image on screen as an example. Problem: you can't have a background reference to distort align corners, only color background.
This product does the job, but would be much improved with a reference grid. A simple 2D cross hatch would do the job.
It seemed to work in the beginning, or I had white backgrounds. But it’s pointless if you still have background to deal with.
The result you get has a white border around it which you can't get rid of!! And there are no guide lines to help in corrections. Worthless.
Worked well for a few photos. Then stopped working altogether. Si press “photos” and the app quits.
Well it isn't exactly a perspective change her, it's actually a keystone adjuster, you can make it do exactly what you want. It's more flexible than some of the other apps I've looked at. My only suggestion would be having some kind of auto perspective adjustment, such as swiping up or down or left or right and adjusting the picture automatically. As it is, you have to adjust each corner individually, and it takes a little trial and error to get it. that's a minor thing, and the results I'm getting exactly what I wanted anyway.
It works as advertised. Needs the ability to upload additional photos into the background so you can edit the main photo more proportionately. I needed to put a fake screen over a photo of a monitor but was unable to make the angle perfect because I could only eyeball it in Perspective.
This was a great app that I used annually for our chalk painting festival. It was perfect for fixing the keystone issue when posting our street painting pics. It’s now crashing with the latest iOS update, so I’m looking for another app that’ll do the same thing as this one used to do.
Give another dimension to your photos. Features: - Perspective transform (four point control) - Background color (none, solid, smooth)
