Cannot connect

I tried the free version yesterday and it was fast but it suddenly failed this morning,then I thought it maybe the free trial is over and request you to the paid version through the ad always jump out. So I check the reviews of this app, most of reviews are good and I paid for it 1 year+1year which is totally good price. Unfortunately, after signed in the paid version, it still cannot connect from any connectors whatever you choose Hk,Japan or USA. I need payback because I just did not enjoy 1 min when paid for this service.Updated: customer service replied now only almost half servers could work,according to the suggestion, finally it is connected.

Not working anymore

I have a 2 year subscription, but since 30 November the app doesn’t work anymore in china. Will this get resolved? Or do I have to report the app for fraud, because customer service is not responding? Guys don’t give good ratings, give one star until app goes bellow 4, so they finally address the issues. Also checked with my friend if it works outside of China and it doesn’t work as well, which means they ran away with the money and left the app like this. 不是就中国不能用，其他国家也不能用，确认是跑路了。

The developer ran away?

I bought this app in October last year, and it had been used for one year. At the beginning, it was very easy to use and the link speed was very fast. However, it only took about one month for the app to be connected, and I could not access google, instagram, WhatsApp and other external networks. I have sent numerous messages to the customer service and emails to the developer, but I have not received any reply, nor have I repaired my account. Lots of issues and strengths

When it’s actually working, the VPN’s connection is great. However on my iPhone, I can’t load anything on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. I can send direct messages but can only access the full sites from my computer.Every few days, the app exponentially gets bigger and ends up taking up to 6 GB of storage on my phone. What is the reason for this???

Does this even work?

Not sure if I did something wrong, but I subscribed to the one week subscription and when I try to connect it says that I should subscribe first. And when I click yes it takes me to the subscription page and I click one week again, but then it says that I’m already connected for a week, so I clicked manage, but that showed up as “cannot connect” every time. Guess vpn life is not for me.

Worst customer service

I renewed the service in March 2022 and I over paid the annual fee for extra one year , which the member service will expire by March 2024. My credit was charged twice again in late March 2023 with my authorization and I tried to contact the customer service to get the refund of my credit. Even worse, the service is not supported or available in my area in China now, but they still used my account information to collect the money without my permission. It is terrible .

Hard to use

I don’t understand why this is so hard to use. I tried to get the free trial and as soon as I chose free it took me to a payment screen asking which package did I want. I tried to go back to my free trial and it was gone. Then I made an account and keep getting error message in login screen in a different language. Then It says my password is wrong but my password is right. On top of that I used the login panda gave and it still didn’t work. What is the POINT!

A few months ago it worked

When I chose your service, I paid for the ability to connect up to 8 devices, but what did I get? - It works only on 3 devices, reducing the connection countries and none of the servers I need are working.
